I made this thread criticizing a Your Overwatch video that was pretty popular I guess.

At 12:23 he unironically calls diamond and even masters level support players average. Itās hard to imagine someone so disconnected from reality that they think a support player who is literally better than 97% of players below them is average. I get what heās trying to say but wow does it come off as incredibly elitist and smug.
I do generally agree with some of the balance changes they suggest but they go about it in such an annoyiā¦

Just want to give a big thanks to my current favorite people in game. The random duo who instant locks Main Tank-Support or Support-Support in QPC every match.
I totally get you are doing it in QPC because you like winning, and having those roles in this mode is a huge leg up on the other team, so Iām not saying youāre selfless or anything.
But as one of the āselfishā people who are playing QPC so I can dodge 15 minute queue times(plus rematches are fun too), you guys give the mode some stabiā¦

those two are not comparable in any sense , nerf her.
ana Is the ONLY hero with anti heal and itās 100% with only one counter in the entire game and thatās zaryas bubbles. having a 50-75 anti heal is still amazingly powerful for a cooldown. Anaās nade nullifies the main purpose of two slots on your team for 4 seconds which is more than enough time for anyone with half a brain to realize that they can take advantage of that and get a pick. and unlike abilities that block damage none of them are ā¦
mcree requires aim and has lesser mobility BUT NAHHHHHH WIDOW GETS REWARDED 10000X MORE FOR DOING THE SAME SH*T MCCREE DOES AND SHE GETS A SCOPEEEEEE

This thread isnāt to talk about the balance of any hero but is just a reminder that this game is meant to be accessible to all people which is an absolutely amazing thing , which is another reason why certain heros like old sym , mercy , and Moira should not ārequire aimā (even tho Moira does) because if you make heros with mechanically forgiving aim you are expanding the player base to people with nerve damage , people who canāt move their hands fingers and arms around easily , and other peopleā¦

not here to argue balance lol , I will say this. my opinions on the game have changed a lot since I posted that but I still see ana nade as way too powerful. widow is still a stupid hero In general , and overwatch makes me want die.

yeah Iām addicted. I canāt stop I hate it but I love it. Iāve started playing apex , minecraft and some star wars games but I still am SO ADDICTED to this game itās absurd. If someone asked me if they should get this game I would say yes 100% because it has entertained me for 5 years and over 2000 hours combined. it blows me away that people say they donāt like or recommend this game BUT THEYāVE PLAYED IT FOR THOUSANDS OF HOURS. like you spent 30-60$ and got thousands of hours of entertainment and you say no?!!?!

Dva rewards bad behaviour, Secondary life. No reload shotguns. Toss and forget bomb.
80% of dva players tend to find themselves shooting at shields, you can bet they would never do that with any other hero.
Theres also a group on gods green earth, that somehow found a game mechanic of absorbing as much poke dmg as they can. Where is a jeff when you need 1?
Hell i bet some take more dmg then reins shield, weve been playing her wrong guys.
And of course dvas find more value in main tanking theā¦

whether that hero would negate specifically her healing or her self peel or any other aspect of her kit i am unsure.
but if briggite is stopping our game from being playable, then maybe it is time?
It seems like no matter what the META is Blizzard always tries to bring DIVE back and please donāt say " Dive is fun and is the best META" Fun and best are a subjective words, whatās the point of adding new heros and creating new METAs when we are always force to play or watch DIVE ? ( Also OWL seems to want Dive full time).
