Not everyone that wants BC Era permanently is on or ever even looking at the forums. Thereās definitely a huge player base that wants this version of the game.

Specifically, where were they when TBC Classic was a thing? If the TBC player base is so huge, why did TBC Classic stop being a thing?
wrath classic progression. same thing happened to vanilla classic when tbc classic progression started, but the devs said thered always be a museum vanilla, which is classic era. fans of a tbc era server are willing to just have 1 pve and 1 pvp, with layers if necessary, and willing to pay extra for it

Lightspeed said it pretty well. Not to mention the different charges for server xfers/shop mount/dark portal pass etc., but yes when everyone knew BC was coming and already having a huge population raid logging Naxx in Vanilla which we now know as Classic Era of course the player base dropped. Itās different when you know something is going to stick around, you actually start sinking serious time into the game at that point and look at it in a different light other than just a version of the game that will come and go 
I also might add, the same thing will happen with Wrath. The community will eventually miss that version of the game as well, maybe not on BC or Vanillaās levels but when something sticks around people start sinking time in past what they normally would on itās regular time span and like the change of pace/scenery after playing another version of the game.

I very much support this. Iād even go as far as to doing an hc tbc serverā¦ hell, make it a single server for Normal and hc for all I care

Exactly. If we had an Era version of BC and WOTLK there would always be a healthy population of players on each server wanting to put time into their characters knowing it wouldnāt ever progress. After all, those are the most sought after versions of the game, and before the world changed forever. The story ended when the Lich King went down.

I think SoD does have some fun parts to it but itās definitely not Vanilla or BC. It doesnāt feel Like itās that old-school MMO from back in the day.

Please Blizzard! Iāve been asking for 1 or 2 fresh TBC servers 1 PVP and 1 PVE. Literally crying

All we can do is keep this forum bumping, spread the word, and keep it a relevant topic in game and on the forums. A lot of people have it in the back of their mind, but donāt express themselves because they donāt think itās possible.

Correct. In the past few months there have been many threads active on this topic. I think Blizzard would want to throw up one server this summer to see what happens.

I would love to see a few dedicated Burning Crusade and Wrath servers that only allow transferring from a previous expansion. My guild in Classic has just got AQ40 on farm and weāll soon be starting Naxx (first time for many of us!) The expansion pace has been too fast for many. Iāve stayed on a regular Classic server to play at my own pace, as have my guildies. We would still like to move forward with our toons, though, after we finish Naxx.
