This reminds me of a streamer getting caught cheating in Destiny 2, there were red boxes around enemy hitboxes through walls, and the streamer is like “omg… there are weird red squares on my screen!” and then he goes offline immediately 
Like c’mon dude. Have some dignity. Don’t cheat, and if you do and get caught, get off the dummy stuff

It looks like you’re being sarcastic, but it’s highly likely that they cheated. I could be wrong, but I remember hearing that even with pros, Tracer accuracy is about 25%. This guy’s pushing 50%. He’s either cheating, or throwing himself to low ranks to pub stomp people. Both of these things are total d1ck moves.
