I can’t see any of my Competitive stats (except for my current rank) in Overwatch 2 on Xbox. For the current season, it shows me my rank for each role but then shows games won 0. My time played and all those other stats for each hero are blank.
I know It’s something to do with having done an account merge pre-launch as I’m not able to see other friends’ stats who also did an account merge but I can see the stats of friends who didn’t.
This has been an issue since launch over 3 weeks ago.
EDIT: I’m also seeing reports from others experiencing the same issue:
Has anyone else had this issue?
My hero statistics are not updating in career profile of overwatch 2 on ps5. When I play as a new character it only records data for the first match but that’s it. For example, I have played as ash for at least 20 matches. But it only says I have played one match. I’ve noticed it with all characters I’ve played with. Even the characters i had stats with from overwatch 1 are not accumulating. I put in a lot of hours yesterday and my total hours have not increased …
My profile stats will not update for competitive/ranked. I have played 50+ ranked games. My account is linked on both PC and PS5. What do I need to do to get my profile stats to update?
Anyone else having this issue?
Loving the game but it would be really nice to see my performance in ranked to improve myself.
I’m not sure if this has aleady been reported. I’m a console player from Overwatch 1, and I have successfully account merged going into Overwatch 2. My historic progress has been carried over to Overwatch 2 (not all of it, but the last several seasons), however no progress since the first day of Overwatch 2 is displaying in the career profile page.
My competitive ranks are appearing, however all my character stats are not updating at all. So my default page for this season looks almo…
I see a lot of people saying this is happening to them too. Blizzard needs to fix this, I have no progress because it just won’t update any of my stats.
Okay so ever since the launch my career Profile hours, wins, and pretty much everything is not up to date . But at first it wasn’t like that but than it slowly change my Time Played Hrs ,wins, and pretty much everything in statistics and overview . It still shows my old rank from ow1 but it doesn’t add up with my Time played . And everytime or every now and than my Time played Hrs keeps going down . Also I know a few friends of my are having the same issue too. My old states are gone. Please fi…
My profile stats are all wrong with incorrect times showing and impossible like a win % of 91221%. Additionally my girlfreind and I played competitve for the first time last night and both our career profiles are completely blank today with regards to competitve. As far as I am aware Blizzard still hasn’t addressed this issue.
Ive played over 25 games of competitve this current season, but it shows I have no stats, and no games played. Ive ranked up three times this season and yet no stats? How do I fix this?
Addressing Career Profile Stats for Console Players, a fix for the career profile issues on console has already been deployed. I understand that stats from Oct 4-Oct 18 have been lost, but I’ve played plenty of comp matches since then, and I’m still not getting any comp stats whatsoever. On this account and my alt, it says that I have 0 games played this season.
I don’t really play QP and I haven’t been paying attention to total hours, so I don’t know if those have been accumulatin…
My in-game statistics are not accurate for competitive. I started overwatch 2 on xbox and then transferred over to PC. It is showing as only 8 minutes played in comp, but I’ve played over 14 games so that wouldn’t be possible.
In the current competitive season section in my career profile, no time played is displayed nor any of my wins(says I have 0)only my rank is showing.I’m playing on ps4 btw has anyone found a fix to the issue?
Hello, I’m a user who is enjoying Overwatch 2.
I’m using a translator.
I am inquiring because there seems to be an error in my account.
I played the competition for about 100 hours, and only about 20 hours of records were recorded, and other records disappeared or were not recorded, so the tier is not changed.
I don’t know if it’s a error, but it’s still recorded that you’ve played more than 55 games, and the competition record hasn’t been updated for days.
I would appreciate it if you coul…
My stats are straight up incorrect also it says that i have played 5min of comp while i played over 100 games already and let me guess these hours will not reflect in my career profile once fixed
profile is saying only 7 wins in comp. I have won 20. Only the season challenges recognize this. Play on pc and ps5, but only played one or two comp on ps5 rest on pc.
No matter how much I play, my competitive stats will not update. Please help!
I’ve posted about this earlier this season and it’s still broken. I play on xbox console. I’m ranked and able to climb, but my stats say no ranked games played. I’m also not getting any comp coins for wins. Devs have not said a word, that I could find.
Is it just me or my in-game stats changing I had 4000 eliminations and now it’s only saying 1000 buts it’s also with how many hours and deaths and everything with the stats please help
I have completed all my comp games for support but my profile is not tracking anything. When I go to career profile and look where all my stats are the comp is completely empty.
Still showing Zero hours on everything. Interestingly enough I did one Open Queue game and I have stats for those, but nothing else.
My total hours played didn’t seem to transfer over from Overwatch 1. My total is nowhere near what it was.
I have mentioned that my career profile was not updating the competitive stats as I played the game. I tried to play comp on xbox and they recorded and updated just fine. It seems that only playing on PC is ignoring my comp stats.
I think it may be an issue with the account merge, could you guys look into it.
For some reason, my previous rank from OW1 is all deleted, nowhere to be found. Pls fix.
For some reason my career is bugged and doesn’t show my play time like it stopped for some reason it used to show but for some reason it stopped only in comp stats tho pls help .
Finished all my placements and got BRONZE 5 and I go check my stats like wtf I was plat before. I have no stats. It says “0” on all my statistics. No wonder it put me in bronze 5. I’m about done with this game
I only play competitive on my PC but i play casual on other consoles, I realized that my stats weren’t updating on PC and tested on console it updates there.
It currently says ive played 7 mins as ANA despite playing 20ish comp games on pc as her.
My quick play stats only display the most previous match meanwhile my competitive stats show nothing at all except the current placement. Meaning 0 time played on all characters and 0 games played.
Global stats are updating with every game, but I’ve had for the longest time that no competitive stats where registering under statistics. now in resent plays it seems there is progress, stats seem to move… .but it is wonky as hell. I can switch filters around and one time, a certain set of filters reports one result and then the next time it reports something else where wins or loses are so out of whack that it doesn’t make sense… it’s a poop show.
Statics for this competitive season are not displaying on my account. Please assist.
I can not see stats for my session, my OW1 career, or most significantly my OW2 career. Its a pretty big disadvantage to not get to see my win percentages across heroes. Can I at least have some idea where my account is in the queue to be repaired?
I have played over 30 to 40 hours of competitive recently in the past month. I can tell because my total hours of playtime has gone up but for the current competitive season, it says I have played zero games and zero hours on any hero. For example, I have played a lot of junker queen, so much to the point where I got her golden guns, but it only shows I have played about an hour of her from quick play and custom game. So would love it if my actual stats were showing. Also, I can’t check my game …
I am a console player and my comp profile still isn’t updating. It says I have logged 0 hours and haven’t played any hero’s or won any games. I do play more unranked than comp, but I have at least logged double digit hours in comp.
My competitive stats are frozen, no matter how much I play they are not updated, the only thing that changes is the rank being shown.
My statistics are stuck at 12 matches and 9 wins with support, I got silver 2 for that and the it stopped couting, even though I played alot more with other classes. I got bronze at tank after this, and I imagine this bug has something to do with this because I played much better as a tank than as a support but still got a lower rank? Doesn’t make sense. My stats…
So the game has been out nearly 2 months now and I still have over 1000 hours missing from my profile. All of my console friends have this issue. Last time they acknowledged this was late October. Wish we had some kind of ETA because this is frustrating. Plus as of today they DELETED the thread addressing it. So they’re just pretending it’s not an issue anymore? Wow.
Edit: Found the thread, but it’s no longer pinned as if it isn’t an issue anymore. Please address it. I will not stop posting abo…
Okay, I know there are already several posts about this but I thought I would create a new one to try and highlight to Blizzard / the community what we think the problem is.
It seems that people have realized they are seeing their PC stats on console. For many of us this means zero hours played, zero comp stats, etc, because we are only playing on the one platform (console).
What occurs to me is that if you are able to be placed in different tiers on multiple platforms, how would the stats men…
This has to be Blizzard playing a joke on us console players, right?
It can’t possibly be taking them this long to fix something as simple as statistics!
Having the same problem on XBox. All my previous season stats are there but nothing from the current season despite playing several dozen competitive games
I’m having the same problem, I think that all console players are having this same issue, it’s surprising that a bug effecting such a large amount of people hasn’t been fixed a month on from launch.
I don’t have any of the previous Competitive Seasons from Overwatch either
It’s not all console players; just ones that did an account merge.
It hasn’t even been acknowledged by Blizzard that it’s an issue. Honestly, given how completely and utterly they bungled the launch, I’m not surprised that this relatively minor issue hasn’t even shown up on their radar.
Yeah it probably isn’t high on their list, there’s a post at the top of this forum where an admin adressed this issue and said that they rolled out a fix on the 18th Of October and that it could take a few weeks to fix but it’s been 2 weeks since then and I haven’t seen any improvement so far.
That post said that current comp stats were fixed and that previous seasons stats would take a few weeks to fix.
(Although how it can take a month and a half to fix something as basic as statistics is baffling!)
They clearly haven’t realised that their fix for current season competitive stats didn’t fix things for those of us who did an account merge as our stats are still broken.
No the previous seasons aren’t broken, for most people only 2 previous seasons are shown and those 2 seasons were the ones chosen for the game to decide your rough skill level for ow2, it only won’t show any seasons at all if you have not played in years, this is completely normal. The forum post is about stats not updating and old quick play stats being a lot less for many players. Don’t worry there is nothing wrong with your previous seasons, you just can’t view them anymore.
Linked more recent posts in the OP.
It amazes me that, given how widespread this issue is, Blizzard have yet to even acknowledge it.
Yeah, it’s a mess. I haven’t wanted to play because of it. It’s also affected my ranking.
It’s super frustrating because statistics are such a basic feature and yet, here we are, over a month since launch, and despite Blizzard’s previous claim that it’s fixed stats are still borked for those of us who did an account merge.
Worse still we’ve not had
any indication from Blizzard that they’re aware, let alone working on fixing it.
I tweeted this to @BlizzardCS and they told me to post here, but I posted here days ago and there’s still no response from Blizzard.
Any updates on this? I have never done an account merger. I have always played on Xbox. I have zero stats for competitive this season despite being ranked gold 1. It’s now months after launch and not even an acknowledgement from blizz. Did I just miss it or something?
No, personally I think it will be fixed in Season 2 but it’s so bad that we will probably have to wait another few weeks.
I think it will be fixed
Oh you inappropriate optimist.
This game is f. beyond repair.
Still no stats on career profiles.
I also have no competive stats on xbox, i have played plenty of games after oct 18th and still have nothing except my rank.
Still no comp stats from my Xbox matches played.
I cannot believe we’re almost at season’s end, 9 weeks into the game’s lifespan, and Blizzard still haven’t acknowledged this is an issue let alone giving us an ETA on a fix.
It’s statistics. It worked for years with no issues in Overwatch. Surely it cannot be that difficult an issue to resolve!
PS5 player here, same issue. Every so often it shows a few minutes played as D.Va and Orisa (which is strange because I almost play support exclusively), then upon the next check is totally blank with the exception of the current competitive rank icon. Also, in the drop down filter menu, it has TWO “Current Competitive Season” options.
They’ve really gutted any exciting features that a player could use to be proud of themselves and their play (rank borders, on fire, aftergame cards). Now with this, the basic statistics of your career being unavailable, the whole game feels like an insipid, unrewarding, themed shooter meant to be played in a chain of meaningless matches offering nothing to signify any progress or achievement. At this point, trophy related sprays are the only remaining points of pride or recognition among players that are left.
I’ve had this on my PS account (both PS4 and PS5) since the beginning of Season 1. I thought getting placed would fix it, but I just got my rank and I still have no stats.
