Dearly Beloved, we are gathered here today to honor the memory of Brigitte Lindholm, daughter of Torbjorn and Ingrid Lindholm. Taken from us all too early by the clutches of a ravenous tide hellbent on overtaking her.
It has been a long few years of fighting but our sweet shieldmaiden finally succumbed to the endless battering of her body and spirit. It would be a great injustice to not remember her accomplishments as well as her trials and tribulations, so join me in reminiscing about her life on this Earth:
Lifetime Nerfs:
1.Shield Bash cone angled reduced from 90 to 60
2.Max armor per player via Rally reduced from 150 to 100
3.Shield Bash cooldown increased from 5s to 6s
4.Shield Bash cooldown increased from 6s to 7s
5.Shield health reduced from 600 to 500
6.Shield Bash no longer can travel or stun targets through barriers
6a.Bashing a charging Rein/Doom now makes you fall down as well
7.Shield Bash damage reduced from 50 to 5
8.Rally armor changed from being infinite to only lasting 30 seconds
9.Inspire self-healing reduced from 21.6hp/s to 10.8hp/s
10.Repair kit healing reduced from 150hp to 120hp/s
11.Repair kit no longer heals instantly, now heals over 2 seconds
12.Barrier health reduced from 500hp to 200hp
13.Stun duration on Bash reduced from 0.9 to 0.75
14.Ultimate cost increased 10% (on top of 10% universal increase in the same patch)
15.Armor over-heal on Repair pack reduced from 75 to 50
16.Healing per second on Repair pack reduced from 60 to 55
17.Armor overheal removed from repair kit
18.Shield regeneration reduced from 100 per sec to 85 per sec
19.Cooldown between shield breaks increased from 3s to 5s
19a.Inspire no longer triggers after booping an enemy to their death
20.Health lowered from 200 to 150
21.Inspire healing reduced from 130 to 90 (21/s to 15/s)
Lifetime Buffs:
1.Inspire cooldown reduced from 1.5s to 1s
2.Duration increased from 5s to 6s
3.Total healing increased from 80 to 100
4.Total healing increased from 100 to 130
5.Repair pack now has 3 charges
6.Whip shot speed and animation increased
7.Shield health increased from 200 to 250
8.Self healing from inspire increased from 10/s to around 15/s
It has come to my attention that there are malevolent forces at work behind the scenes interested in necromancy, and that our kindhearted shieldmaiden may yet still go through more hardships in the future despite already being relieved of her lifeforce.
It is my burden and duty to record any and all such future attacks here, no matter how much time has passed. My conscience cannot allow me to do anything otherwise.
This marks Brigitte’s final resting place. Some of us have had memories of joy and happiness with her; some have had disagreements with her. No matter what you believe, I hope you can acknowledge she touched us all in some way or another.
May she remain in our hearts, and remain at peace, here at her final payload.
