Hello.

We’re hard at work preparing for the launch of WoW Classic, and we’ve reached the conclusion that we’re not quite yet ready to do our Global Stress Test (previously scheduled for next week). While we’re still on track to launch WoW Classic on August 27, we need a bit more time before this final pre-launch worldwide test.

We’ll have a more definite date Soon™ and we’ll post it here as soon as we do. Thanks for your patience!

Better to delay it and make sure it’s done right, than do it too early and not get the data you need out of it. Thanks for the update :smiley:

Translation: probably another round of bug fixes coming so people don’t go into conniptions when they find them during the stress test.

… and why did I get next week’s planned stress date days off from work? I’m working flipping 65 hr this week cause of that. Now since that’s canceled, I’m stressing out over here.
How more unreliable this is going to get, Blizzard? You’ve changed the dates twice now. This sux.
