Here is a list of known issues we currently are investigating.
Please note that this is not a complete list, as it addresses some of the frequently reported issues our players are seeing.
2018
- Changing the language settings while on a mobile device can cause text to no longer appear until the application has been restarted.
- iPad Pro are not using a fullscreen resolution
February 5th, 2019
- Card Backs earned from completing Heroic Adventures are showing as unearned in Collection Manager.
- Gral, the Shark will only gain the base stats of a minion.
- A minion eaten by Gral, the Shark may remain stuck on the screen.
- [Mobile] There is a rare case where sounds can go missing while on a mobile device.
February 6th, 2019
- We’re currently working to resolve an issue where using the Good Cheer card back on iphone devices can cause instability. In the meantime, affected players can switch to a different card back via the desktop app to play.
