No card back rewards after completing karazhan heroic mode

Hi I have recently contacted GM regarding the issue of no card back rewards after completing karazhan heroic mode. GM responds it has a. Hug from hakkar card back and ask me to post here to get the issue fixed. Can you please help to get the card back back to me.

I don’t iknow why the GM told you to post here instead of just giving you the available information directly.
This issue is known. It is mentioned in one of the pinned topics at the top of the forum, the one called “Known Issues”. Additional reports will not help, you will just need to wait for the devs to find a solution to this.

I realize this is not the highest priority issue, but Blizzard advertises a reward and does not seem to be addressing it not getting awarded. I see this issue goes back to at least 2019. Now is Aug 2022 and the issue still exists. At what point will you honor this commitment and fix this reward for those that earned it.
