Bug with Shark?

Yes, this is a known issue. It is even listed in the sticky “known issues” topic at the top of the page.

• Card Backs earned from completing Heroic Adventures are showing as unearned in Collection Manager.
• Gral, the Shark will only gain the base stats of a minion.
• A minion eaten by Gral, the Shark may remain stuck on the screen.
• [Mobile] There is a rare case where sounds can go missing while on a mobile device.
