To the heroes of Overwatch,
We want to keep you up to date on some of the bugs and issues we’re aware of that are affecting the game. This is not a complete list of all currently tracked issues affecting Overwatch 2, rather, this is a targeted list of some known specific issues with this release.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate y’all’s understanding. Our team is working to resolve these issues, and we will provide more information as soon as we have updates!
Current Issues
- We are seeing reports about players not receiving rewards from Xbox Game Pass. Game Pass permanent rewards are only redeemable on Xbox and Battle.net. Once redeemed, the permanent rewards are available on all platforms. Links made after November 11, 2024 are not eligible for the one-time permanent grant. If you have a PC tier, you will only be able to redeem on Battle.net. Console tier will only be redeemable on Xbox consoles. Game Pass seasonal benefits are only available on Xbox and Battle.net. - We are aware of an issue where skins granted as a Game Pass seasonal benefit are not staying equipped or listed as a favorite skin when you log out of the game.
