Hello, I’ve been trying to get my mic to work on overwatch ps5 and nothing seems to work. I can’t hear anyone on group chat in game and they can’t hear me. I play cross platform with friends but I have 1 friend on ps which i can talk to on ps party so I know it’s not the console. I have everything turned on battle net, overwatch and PlayStation settings, no parental controls connected on either accounts, mic doesn’t work on controller and I bought a new headset to see if that would work but it doesn’t. I’m not sure what’s wrong now I have my mic connected before I turn the game on everything in unmuted.
The developers are already aware of this issue. You can always check the Known Issues thread in Bug Report to see what they are working on.
