Beta needs fresh eyes and ears

The problem with retail…is its not WoW.

I tried it a few times now, since i dont have the beta outside the stress test, and its a mess.

Leveling is wrong.
Spells just show up on weird resources.
Mana is a joke.
Animations are weird.
Talents? Hello?

They seem to be settling back into normal routines now. Which is to be expected. While it’d be nice to have access to Beta, I get why they’re holding the numbers low.

Popular streamers are not even streaming it anymore. Many players are capped and just farting around doing “i’m bored” stuff. Beta needs a fresh batch of people in it.

New toy syndrome wearing off already? Increase the level cap by 20 to string them along for a few more weeks.

I seriously doubt you hear anyone talking about retail let alone 8.2. And the current burnout on classic wow is because there ISN’T an endgame. It’s capped at 30, people are understandably bored when all they have to do is attempt to push higher dungeons they’re not supposed to be in yet.

Can I hold reputation supply caches in my bags and open after 8.2? Does that work?

Is 8.2 Content locked to War Campaign?

Hello all, Sorry if this has been asked but I have looked and can not get a straight answer. Is the new 8.2 content like the zones / recipes locked to BFA War Campaign or will you just be able to log in and get the quest? Asking to see if I gotta run the story again on alts. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi, I just recently game back to WoW and was wondering will there be any requirements to start for example the Mechagon Story that will be releasing with 8.2? will i need to do something in order for the quest to pop up? Sorry if nub question :C

Now that bodyguards are coming back in 8.2

If you could have a bodyguard from another game, who would you pick? Only two rules: Cannot be demigod tier or higher. Must be able to fit through a door. Myself, I’d pick Quiet from MGSV. Scouting out enemies and long-distance sniper support would be pretty handy.

They will increase the level cap to 40 soon I guess, or may be 50 but I doubt they will release the 60 content during beta.

Is there anything really to test besides layering, which is best tested during stress tests?

This is a 13 year old client on 2 year old engine, so, aside from the new server tech, seems like it’s good to go.
