I would like to know if it is normal that I am stuck in Bronze 5 in support.
My KDA is ok.
I do not go up in ranking with 5 wins // 0 losses.
Would you have a solution? Or my account just bug?

The top post here seems to be one of the most active and all seem related to this. Many of us are trying to figure out what’s going on an are seeing similar things.
