Hi. Is there a solution to this yet?
I’m running Windows 10. My Shop is Closed. No Nemsey. And I can’t purchase Tavern Brawl passes.

Hey Y’all,

We heard back from the developers on this. If you’re on Windows 7, there’s a bug we’re working on right now. If you are on a different operating system, please reply back to this comment with the following information:

  • Operating System that you Play on:
  • Region You’re Playing the Game In (Americas/Asia/Europe):

Thanks for the reports! We’ll see what else we can dig up.

Edited May 13, 2020: Previously this message said to repair the game, but with feedback we have seen that this does not appear to work. I’ve removed the instructions to prevent time from being wasted troubleshooting. Thanks for the reports!

I am on Windows 10 and have same problem like everyone else and that is when the game was updated to latest patch the shop is closed and no Nemsey. I am playing in Eu region and i checked the account settings and also uninstall and reinstall game couple of times,repairing the game also did not solved this problem. From what i seen this is not just Windows 7 bug. I hope the fix will be soon. Thanks.
