Collected Company is currently recruiting for Normal and Heroic Raiding for the end of Season 4 of Shadowlands and Dragon Flight. Our current roster is mainly Horde on Thrall, but we were on Proudmoore Alliance and have some people who still play there. With Cross faction we are excited to merge all available players and try and create a strong community of like minded individuals.
We are a group of adults with real life responsibilities, so we decided that we were going to take a different approach and go with a one night a week raid schedule to make it easier for people to commit to raiding. We plan on clearing Normal and move into Heroic Raiding with AOTC as the goal each Tier. Raid time is scheduled for 6:30pm-9:30pm PST (9:30pm-12:30am EST) on Thursday night. We have a good core group of players and looking to add some like minded people to our team.
Outside of Raid we run M+ at all levels. We are always looking for people who are interested in running higher keys. Levelling is always on the table and most of our group carry a good stock of alts, so casual players are always welcome as well.
The main goal of this Raid team is to get together once a week, hang out and kill some bosses and have some fun. We only ask that people come prepared, on time, and willing to make each raid as we want to make the most of our limited time. We are a mature group and have a culture of inclusion so no racist, sexist or homophobic humor is permitted.
What we are not is a group that has every member on daily, and through all times of the day. The majority of the group are older adults (taking a guess at 30+) with responsibilities. You may find a people in discord outside raid night running keys or working on an alt, but if a 24/7 social guild is what you are looking for, it may not be a good fit. The only commitment we ask on a social level is that you make Raid night if you are on the roster.
If you are on Thrall (Horde) or Proudmoore (Alliance) and looking for a guild to call home we got you covered. We also have a community setup for anyone who may be interested in joining but not wanting to server transfer. You can also reroll on either server and start fresh if you are a new or returning player.

Ideally we would like to have a Raid roster of 20-25 people so we always have roles covered when people can’t make it as well as a healthy number of people who are looking to run some M+ on off nights.
