# About Us:
-We are a multi-core raid guild & social community.
-Raiding atmosphere is casual & semi-casual for phase 1-4 
-Raiding atmosphere is semi-hardcore during AQ40 & Naxx
-PvP premade BG’s will be hosted. attendance "Optional"

not limited to:  'guild movie nights, role playing, 
a variety of tournaments and prizes.'

# Requirements: 
-We have zero tollerance for Trolling, Toxicity, and Rage.
Punishments include: bench, demotion, /G kick, ban
-Raiders must maintain 50% attendance per month 
-Attendance exceptions will be made with notice+coverage.
-Willingness to use consumables in phases 5-6.
-Our loot system is DKP.
-Thunderfury and Atiesh will be 
'will be handed out by each raid group'
-Hand of Ragnaros will be 
'/rolled on by those with the items 
necessary to craft it.'

# Needs
-We are currently recruiting. 
-However, some teams have very limited raid openings.
-Recruiting for social members and role players as well. 
-Currently hosting 'weekly raids, social activities, 
and role playing for anyone to attend'

Honestly why have a loot council just for two items? Might as well just have the RL or GL give it to who ever he thinks is the best rather than have council just for two items.

This is probably the best loot system I’ve seen so far.

You’ll only have a potential problem with the orange hammer, since you need a lot of work to make mats to make first part drop. So potentially eye of ragnaros could drop before anyone makes a hammer.

I did this quest long long ago, so I remember when eye dropped way before mats to actually get plans and make purple version first was availble.

Rag hammer problem solved… if no one has the hammer… If you want it roll on it, really simple. (i just wanted to keep the post “clean”) as too much text makes it look messy and hard to read.

I was going to do some fun things with thunderfury allowing anyone in raid eligible to potentially get it at a 50% chance. saying: if the left side drops TF goes to a tank first & if the right side drops the first TF goes to the dps…

However all of the Melee DPS & the officers unanimously stated the first Tunderfury has to go to the tank or else there will be nonstop threat issues during progression. Even as a GM attempting to be fair be sharing the first chance at a legendary with all guild members. I was out voted by the entire guild in effort to min max threat for progression. Thus we are going with the entire guilds decision to give the first TF to the tanks & not my own decision which allows a 50% chance that either a Tank or a DPS could obtain the first Thunderfury.

As for atiesh its still up in the air as to exactly what credentials we will use to determine who gets it. Mostly because I want to get enough casters together to have a good thought out meeting on it. With multiple people giving their input. (I personally would vote based on most concurrent raider split with how helpful the person is outside of raid in helping the guild as a whole, divided by their eligble play time. Because I really dislike saying “all the best loot must go to the top performer”. Because in classic its basically saying whoever has the most gold for consumables gets the item, making loot, Pay to win, in a sense.)

But ya those are my thoughts on on legendaries.

WOW This is priceless… and almost true… One of the reasons I stopped playing retail was the only way for “true” player progression at end game was the endless hunt for titan forges and sockets on M+ and Mythic Raid gear.
