Great job Blizz, lost my spot in Ulduar 25 guild run, they opted to take a fifth warlock instead of a second warrior. They’re objectively worse at their class but it doesn’t matter as warrior is so severely undertuned.
At this point I can’t say I blame them. Warrior is a ridiculous class and if this keeps up I’m just going to quit.
As a warrior in PvE you have two options- Tank and dps
If I rerolled Paladin I could have a tank two tiers above myself, and a comparable dps (in a class that is also favoured by Blizzard buffs). Not only that, I could decide to heal as my OS with either of those former specs as my MS.
If I rerolled DK I would have a comparable tank with an S tier dps in the exact same roles as warrior.
Again, what is the point of playing warrior versus these two classes that eclipse it completely?

AD makes Paladins the only viable option for Ulduar as far as most people are concerned.
You read it right, make Warrior arms spec into healing.
Why the hell not, Paladin gets S tier tank, S tier heals and for some reason gets a ‘viable’ dps spec which now competes with fury.
Spread it around, give Warriors a third PvE option since we only get two. That was the justification for buffing Paladin after all.
After the Blizzard buff of Ret Paladins’ dps to Fury levels (despite Ret’s higher utility) I think it’s time there was proper discussion around Prot Paladins and their overpowered nature when it comes to tanking.
Along with triple mitigation, consistent block uptime, most reliable AoE threat, Ardent Defender being an in-built cheat death mechanic, Divine Guardian, more taunts than any other tank, Divine Sacrifice and Buffs it’s about time other tanks get some love.

Hey just adding a thread since complaining gets us buffs apparently.
Same logic applies to prot warriors, even moreso than paladins. We either have dps or tanking, no heals available. So us being the lowest tank has more impediment for a buff than ret paladins, who have two other, extremely viable specs to choose. Neither fury nor prot is sought after in raids so ideally one or both would be buffed.
I propose AD equivalent to prot warriors and/or remove the 10% debuff from titan’s grip.
