Silent Disconnect

I have lost multiple games now to being silently disconnected during my opponents turn as well as my own turn. Absolutely unacceptable please at least acknowledge the issue.

That 5 year old article saying “if it’s not happening the same way every time, don’t bother us” just cannot possibly be the response to this. Not sure if there are some conditions that cause the issue to happen, but you can’t look at the posts on this forum from the past week and not see that this is really happening randomly, and really too widespread to be everyone else’s fault but blizz’s.

You wanted them to acknowledge that it exists. They did.

No they didn’t. They said if you can replicate it it’s our bug, otherwise it’s somewhere else in the chain of connections.

“only report when you can trigger it consistently” does not mean “if it’s not consistent it’s not our fault”
it only means that the report is useless because it doesn’t bring any clue to solve it
It’s the same thing as a report tht would say “that card did not work” without indicating what happened and what was the state of the game when the bug has been observed

Same thing as going to a mechanic to say “my car doesn’t work” without giving any detail and they are there with a car that they can turn on correctly

You’ll get a Silent response from Blizzard about it as well.
