I have lost multiple games now to being silently disconnected during my opponents turn as well as my own turn. Absolutely unacceptable please at least acknowledge the issue.

Endless turn, Card Stuck Hovering, and Never Roping

That 5 year old article saying “if it’s not happening the same way every time, don’t bother us” just cannot possibly be the response to this. Not sure if there are some conditions that cause the issue to happen, but you can’t look at the posts on this forum from the past week and not see that this is really happening randomly, and really too widespread to be everyone else’s fault but blizz’s.

Frequent Disconnects "Frozen" Matches

For the last week or so, during standard and BGs, I often will just see the screen…stop doing anything, even though the game is still going. I’ve had it sit in the state so long that it switched to my turn and I missed that turn, while on my side it just looks like the opponent is thinking. During BGs, particularly if one of us is getting knocked out, the game will just freeze mid attack and hang. HS BGs will freeze mid combat phase and the game wil not register that its frozen, so the game will continue and if you quit the application it counts against your score. I play doubles on mic with a friend.

Opponent Never Plays a Card and You Auto-Lose

This has happened to me twice on ladder now. It’s my opponent’s turn, and he does nothing. I wait and wait, and then eventually realize that enough time has expired so that the game should have started roping. So, I restart the game, and it doesn’t reconnect, and I have one less star. Losing games because your client is trash

I played a chillfallen baron on turn 5, the game froze. I restarted in less than 10 seconds and couldnt reconnect, the game was just lost like that? You make billions and you cant make a client that runs properly? Instead of using your resources for cosmetics maybe fix the real problems of the game

Heartstone freez

Sometimes during a battle (classic battle and battlegrounds) the game freez and i can’t do ANITHING , until i close the game and reboot .

WTF is wrong with this game

I had two packs appear on screen mid game that would not disappear , I went to relog and did not get connected back to the game, again from a winning position, what the hell is going? The guy was emoting before this happened as well.

Game freezes mid match (not all games), forcing me to close the client and reconnect whilst also trying to make sure to come back on time before I lose my turn timer and possibly match I know games have bugs but this one is not a new one.

Lag since new patch

Every single day, usually without any indication. you just force to skip a turn. Just pathetic to see how the server quality became this bad

Too many freeze recently

Is there a new glitch that my opponents can use to freeze the game when they are losing ? I have faced this type of freeze so many times recently.

No they didn’t. They said if you can replicate it it’s our bug, otherwise it’s somewhere else in the chain of connections.

“only report when you can trigger it consistently” does not mean “if it’s not consistent it’s not our fault”
it only means that the report is useless because it doesn’t bring any clue to solve it
It’s the same thing as a report tht would say “that card did not work” without indicating what happened and what was the state of the game when the bug has been observed

Same thing as going to a mechanic to say “my car doesn’t work” without giving any detail and they are there with a car that they can turn on correctly

I’m quiting Hearthstone until the bug is solved, the game is unplayable for me right now. I have a stable connection, and 1/3 of my games just keeps freezing. During my opponent turn, the game is just stuck. His turn never finish, even after 10 minutes, and when I quit the game and rejoin it never reconnect me to the game. Even if I try to be smart and quit fast when I notice my enemie doesn’t play any card, the game still don’t reconnect me to the game. Please fix this issue so I we can play normally. It’s really sad, cause I payed for the battle pass the first time in my life, and I can’t even play the game normally.

I have the same problem. The game constantly freezes, as if the enemy is still moving. And then it turns out that I’ve already lost.
I want to delete the game and not come back
