Frequent Disconnects "Frozen" Matches

For the last week or so, during standard and BGs, I often will just see the screen…stop doing anything, even though the game is still going. I’ve had it sit in the state so long that it switched to my turn and I missed that turn, while on my side it just looks like the opponent is thinking.

During BGs, particularly if one of us is getting knocked out, the game will just freeze mid attack and hang.

If I disconnect, sometimes I’m lucky and can get back on, but generally it’s just given me a concede L. I’ve tried using the repair function, I’ve reinstalled both the game and Battle.net, and I’m on a 500mb wired connection. PC Windows 11.

I can’t believe I spent like $80 on cards and now I can barely play

Having the same problems the last 2 days straight losing games due to disconnect and can’t log back in cause now says I’m still playing even though I close the game. This was not happening 3 days ago,so I assume my issue has to due with something they did 2 days ago.Unlike your issue you claim 2 weeks.

I have had that issue a LOT and it isn’t new. It seems like somehow the battle.net client ties instances to devices, how I’m unsure, because I’ll even uninstall battle.net and it happens.

Sometimes if I open HS on my phone, it seems to kick the desktop instance out, and Now Playing will finally disappear. Sometimes. Might be worth trying.
