WTF is wrong with this game

I had two packs appear on screen mid game that would not disappear , I went to relog and did not get connected back to the game, again from a winning position, what the hell is going? The guy was emoting before this happened as well.

[Edited 10/30] [General] The team is investigating reports of the reconnect sometimes not working as expected and instead leading to concessions. Reports are indicating that closing the client by pressing alt-f4 or the close button in the corner (or swiping the app away on mobile) work fine and that the issue is ONLY when closing the client by pressing Escape or clicking the Gear button to go to the quit button.

careful how you log out and in to the game mid match there is a known issue

It’s so funny how that quote is obviously not written by someone understanding the code. They would know that manually quitting gives a command to the server itself that you are quitting the game while killing the window (e.g. with alt-f4) you can pretend you accidentally disconnected.

That’s very bad because HOWTOS/bug trackers should be written by programmers and not random marketing or “helper” people.
