My guild still has daily activity so not sure what you mean.
I logged into my main server Area 52. I did /who, it didn’t pick up people off of my server but it did pick up the ones on A52 like it should.
Where would you like to send my gold?

It was a rhetorical bet, my guy, because it is a well-established fact that /who is broken.
Keep riding this train if you like.
Is it wrong I find it amusing that people think /who actually works correctly ?

Person A: “This rock is made out of vanilla pudding.”
Person B: “Bet you $20 it isn’t.”
Person A: “Well, I licked it and I think it tastes like vanilla pudding. Where’s my $20.”
Person B: “Yeah, I’m not giving you any money. Also, maybe get checked up.”
Is person B a liar?
All the people who hate the game look for anything to latch onto to “prove” their points
Heya!
New here so take this however you want. I used /who over the past couple of days to look for guilds similar to OP and eventually found one that seems nice. It works great for me. There is a cap of 50 people per results though. I just came back to WoW recently and could really use some gold if you are still offering.

it’s also possible that your server is just dead and/or your faction on that server is very low pop
Lmao thanks Anlain for taking the time to test this. Hilarious how it takes just a simple noobie like you to prove people wrong. Hahaha briselody is a huge forum troll though. Just fyi.
Lol did you really log onto your alt for that little show? Sad.
uhhh… thanks I guess, I’m not trying to prove anyone wrong or argue. I’m not really a noobie, just started playing again since years ago.
Just letting people know that /who works for me.
Shrugs
If you want to join a nothing social guild then use trade chat.
If you want to raid, or do high end PvP then use your server discord/forum.
Lmao people use this argument when proved wrong and they don’t know what else to say.
What a pathetic troll you are.

I see you’ve elected to stay on the train, then.
Please, continue.
You remind me of my dad who watches fox news 24/7.
You can literally have proof in his face and he will keep going.
Reported all your posts for trolling eventually it will catch up to you and you’ll once again get another vacation from the forums even after you just got back from a ban. SMH. You should maybe learn your lesson.

Pff lets be real if you accept an invite from trade chat they probly gonna ask you how much you’ll pay to join. Lol
Sure would be a shame if there weren’t already many threads on the fact that it’s broken and has been for years.
Oh wait.
I’ll /who someone that is talking in chat, and 0 results.
Why doesn’t /who work?
I have been in a zone with someone else, I’ve been in a zone with my own party and yet /who sometimes only pulls up myself. Sometimes it even gives me zero results, not even myself.
I haven’t been able to use this in over a month, every time it just says “0 Players” and I have even tested this with people I KNOW are online and on my server. What gives?
It seems like 95% of the time, /who shows 0 results, despite there actually being results.
I googled it and there’s a lot of posts about /who not working in-game. I’ll only see ‘some’ people online in a guild, or won’t be able to see people who I know for a fact are online when I try to /who them. Are there any addons, or something I can do in-game to solve this issue?
I’m shift left clicking peoples name in trade to see who they are and its saying “0 players total” when I know that persons there and theyre still typing messages. Is there a bug with /who? And when I see someone who I know is from my server and I /who them, and they dont come up on the list, its really strange. I know that persons online and theyre still not showing up on the /who. It works for some people and not other people. Is this a bug?
I did a “/who” of guild that was standing right next to me. It said 0 players online. Does it not work anymore? Is there an alternative, it’s seems it’s been broken for quite sometime.
Anytime I try and /who a guild or individual, it either doesn’t show anyone or not all the related persons. Example, I /who’d Bastion, and only 3 people popped up, meanwhile, there were people there to do the world boss FROM my server. I almost tested it with my own guild. I /who’d my guild and it said 0 players were found, yet there were 6 or 7 of us on at the time. I’ve noticed this has been a problem for the entirety of Shadowlands basically and I figured it’d be fixed by now, but isn’t.
Came back after several years off and noticed that /who doesn’t work. Been trying to reconnect with people but its been difficult =/
The last blue post I saw about this was a year and a half ago, so not sure what is up. If you can fix, it would be greatly appreciated!
The /who feature is not working. /who does not find the majority of players in the game. For example, if you /who your guild name and compare the search results to your guild roster, you will find that the majority of players in your guild were not found in the /who search results. Only 4/12 players online showed up in my search results. I see a few older posts regarding this problem going back months but the problem is still not fixed.
If you type /who or even shift click a players name in chat to see their level, it breaks the ability to use these commands. It seems to fix itself after like 10 seconds but it’s annoying as hell not being to look at players when trying to form groups.
if i try to /who a specific player or guild and they are online it says 0 players found
Noticed this trying to see online players of a guild.
/who does not show most players online that would match the search.
Can test it by finding someone online in the world from my same realm right in front of me, and /who can’t find them.
The who list has been broken for quite a while. If you /who a specific name (or shift click one in chat), it often comes back with 0 results. Also if you /who a guild or level range, class, etc it will return less than a third of the actual players online.
Additionally, there is an issue with the friends list that persists. A player can go offline, but still display as online on the list, or their zone info may stop updating while they are online.
Man weird, even Classic has had the issue.
when I log in /who works once and after that it never works
I posted this in technical forums and never got a response. Ever since pre-patch, I have ad difficulty using the /who list. I couldn’t shift left/right click people’s names to see their character information. When I type /who, I couldn’t reset information to find people on a list.
I only use recount, greenwall, and questie. I update and delete these addons all the time.
ive tried turning addons off, still no luck.
any ideas?
Shame the old forum got wiped, so many more threads could be on the list.
