I'm a Zandalari and when I zone into Zuldazar I go to docks now

Being a Zandalari, shouldn’t I by default appear in the area it was before?

This bug cropped up with the drop of 10.1.5. So far as I am aware, there hasn’t been an announced “fix?”

I do ask that you please not bump that thread, as it is old enough to be considered a necro - and it’s unnecessary to since you have this thread up here.

There were also several threads open over in the Bug Reports forums. I’m sure there are several more that I didn’t link, but it’s not something that is unknown. I would suggest you pop in on one or two of those, just to note that you’re also be affected by this bug. Sadly, I’ve not seen any hotfixes on this as yet? If there have been and I’ve missed, I do apologize in advance.

Zandalar portal from orgrimmar takes you to the docks

You are now ported to the docks as if you haven’t done the intro quests, instead of the Zandalar portal room

Dazar'alor missing NPCs

I completed BFA prior to the patch and had trolls unlocked already. After 10.1.5, I can no longer see many NPCs in Dazar’alor. People in my group see a phased icon by my character portrait. I have an emissary quest to turn in for Zandalari and the yellow question mark is in the right place but the NPC (Quartermaster) is not there. Completed Zandalari Troll unlock pre-patch, now stuck in the wrong phase of Dazar'alor

I completed the Zandalari Troll allied race unlock before the patch, so for me talanji has already been crowned queen. As soon as the patch hit, I was unable to phase into the correct phase of Dazar’alor. I am stuck in a phase where talanji is not yet queen, and many critical npcs are missing from the great seal, including the innkeeper and the npc who queues you for BFA LFR content. Portal to Zuldazar Changed Since Patch

Didn’t see any mention in the patch notes, but the Org portal to Zuldazar takes you to the docks now, instead of the portal room. However, the SW portal to Boralus still goes to the portal room. Was this change intended? My characters I’ve tried this on have completed the introduction quests.
