TLDR - You should be able to purchase this illusion from the vendor using an original enchant scroll earned during this enchants time period, it would be very simple to implement this feature. It’s COMPLETELY ILLOGICAL that those who have rightfully earned this enchant still cannot transmog it. Glorious Tyranny Enchant from MOP should be an illusion just as much as account wide glad mounts are coming in shadowlands!

Since account wide glad mounts are coming in Shadowlands, we also worked very hard for certain pvp enchants like the “Glorious Tyranny” enchant in mop and just because we did not play in WOD doesn’t mean we should be punished and not be allowed to use this as a illusion if we obtained it. Dear Development Team, I have two Spirit of Conquest enchants in my bank along with a weapon with Spirit of Conquest enchanted. I got them from Season 15 in MOP by hitting 2200+ in RBG. I have noticed that you can buy Enchanter’s Illusion - Glorious Tyranny from PVP vendor base on your achievement. But that requires “Hero of the Horde/Alliance: Prideful” to be unlocked, which is around 2300 in RBG. In contrast, for the arena one, “Duelist: Season 15” is around 2200. It seems like the standard…

Glorious tyranny and Primal victorty

it was an enchant, not an illusion. you can find a million threads complaining about people who were 2.2+ at the time, and even have the enchant in their bags, but cant get the illusion. the reasoning is that duelist, although below 2.2 during one of the seasons, was the next best thing to being able to track ratings from that time. therefore if you have duelist from s14 or 15 you get the illusion, which is just a nod to the enchant.

Bloody Dancing Steel Illusion

So what I want to ask and hear from the game dev's is why Bloody Dancing Steel & Spirit of Conquest isn't available for use as an account wide illusion. So pretty every elite item from pvp got put into the wardrobe whether that be a weapon, gear or WoD enchant. So the question is why wasn't the MoP enchant for Bloody Dancing Steel & Spirit of Conquest added. thanks for commenting, bottom. I would disagree, they decided to implement the illusion being purchased if a player has the requirement of : earning duelist in either s14 or s15 of Mists. If anyone played back then and did arena they would know that for example s14 the rating requirement to earn duelist was “2023”. The enchant at the time required a rating of 2200, meaning someone who never even earned the enchant back in the relative time period would now be able to use it. and those who did earn it rightfully say the next season (s15) would be unable to use it. Due to the duelist title being awarded at 2275(s15). So, you can have this enchant in your bag or on your character, and be unable to use it, while others who never earned it, are able to currently use it.

Well, none of the links you posted seem to be in the Bug Report Forum which is where the QA team watches for, well, bugs!

Personally, I’d recommend editing the original post and choosing to move it to that forum so that it’s seen by the right team.
