Raynor capped at lvl 5

I levelled Raynor up to lvl 17 and activated prestige. Now it game says level capped at lvl 5… Isn’t Raynor free to level up? ( same as Kerri and Artanis?)

Also coop commander purchase button is disappeared…

Coop commanders locked at level 5

All my Coop characters have been reset to level 5 and when I play a mission with them I am told, I can only progress them if I buy them. That includes the ones that are free all the times, the one that I unlocked when it was temporarily given away for free and one that ones I did buy.

Good day, i just logged in to my account and my Raynor, kerrigan and artanis are level 5. my kerrigan and raynor were already Prestige 3 and max level. artanis was prestige 0 with level 15. please assist since i have a lot of hours invested here

Co-Op commanders have been reset to level 5

Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis Co-Op commanders have been reset to level 5. Fix it so that I can play the game I paid for. Update: Now I just straight up can’t play at all on the NA server.

Starcraft 2: Co-Op commanders were reset to level 5

I recently submitted a ticket and with the insight from GM Xaleraphon of replying back to me to submit a report here on this forum. Starcraft II - Co-Op Hero Levels were reset down to level 5. Last night on 02-09-2022. I was able to get my hero in co-op Raynor to level 10, I log in tonight and saw that my hero in co-op for Raynor was level 5! I am unsure what caused this or whats going on. I went ahead and reloaded the game and my hero is still level 5, I than restarted my computer, reloaded …

Coop Commanders reset to level 5

I just logged in after the maintenance and my Coop Commanders (Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis) are capped at level 5. But I had all prestiges unlocked for them and I’m level 300+. Anyone had this bug and how do I fix it? Thanks

Hey all, We’ve passed the info along to the Starcraft II team so they are aware of the new issues after the maintenance on May 5th. You all won’t need to do anything on your side as it should be fixed on the back-end. We’ll post an update here if we hear anything. Thank you for the reports.

Got the bug too. My 3 free commanders capped at 5 lvl. Can’t adjust capabilities of any.

Hey all,

Sounds like progress is being made. Bliz is asking for people to check their free coop commanders. A couple reporst have come in indicating that it’s resolving.

Be sure to fully log out of the game and Battlenet before checking.
