Iām another one with the same problem. I click on the āresumeā button and nothing happens, I canāt even back out, have to use the quit in settings and relaunch from the browser
Same. āResumeā in Duels just hangs and I have to restart. Would LOVE to continue the new questline, but I may be out of Duels foreverā¦ 
havenāt picked a hero or anything. I go to click the resume button and the game just locks straight up.

My duels still isnāt working too and this is impeding on me completing my lunar quests and earning packs feels bad man, hope this gets patched soon.
That is not the issue I am facing, it is not the duels rewards screen.
I had left my Duels in a state where I was at the select Hero stage. Didnāt come back until after the new big update. Now when I go to duels I see āResumeā and when I click resume nothing happens.
I just finished a heroic duels run and ended with 6 wins. As soon as i open the box after 3 losses it freezes (on mobile phone). The cloud effect is still there but nothing āpops outā of the box to open. I close the app and restart - still frozen. I move to my desktop and try it there. It gets me as far as asking me to continue my run but freezes after clicking to continue.
Iām having the same issue
As you suggested i tried to open duels from my phone. But the app didnāt open. It crashed constantly. I congratulate you guys on your constancy for not fixing this big of a bug right awayā¦

also having this problem after about a week. has there been any mention of this bug by the support team? I donāt have a phone and now I have to consider installing bluestacks to play my favorite game mode.

I also have this issue on both Android and PC. I donāt have an IOS device to test with.

I was playing Duels on my MacBook when the power and internet went out. Since then, I have been unable to resume duels on either my MacBook or my iPhoneāinstead, whichever application Iām using freezes.
I have tried to submit a ticket three or four times, but each time I get this message:
"You canāt submit this ticket.
āAn error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.ā
What can I do to get this fixed?
I had the same problem. Tried two three times to send a ticket and canāt. Havenāt been able to play the entire game now, not just duels, going on 4 days. Getting very frustrated. Update. Yesterday evening the game patched and worked. I still canāt do duels though.

As an update, I deleted and reinstalled the apps on both devices. Doing so did not fix the problem.
