I am having the same issue.
My game crashed after a match and now i cant click anything it will open but the only thing i can click on is settings hearthstone is grayed out how do i fix?

I have the same issue. I would love to try the fix of clicking where the latch should be, but I canāt get back to that screen. Clicking on Resume does not take me to the rewards screen. It is just stuck. My run did not span two patches.
same thing is currently happening to me , i finished a duels run and went to collect my rewards and the ādoorā opened and it crashed right there. i quit the game tog o back in to try and collect my rewards again nothing happens and the game crashed
I have, may be, the same problem, I lost my internet connection last night while playing a duel. After connecting, I canāt enter the duel, it hangs on the āReturnā button. It doesnāt work on mobile or PC. How do you think, may be somehow kick me out of them so I can get back to the game?

Upping this. Works.
At least on Android phone version, rewards vault IS actually being served as you press āresumeā, the issue is graphical. So if you blind-collect your rewards through the frozen render, you can start a new run.
Game is still broke will open but can not click on anything so i downloaded it on my android and it works fine played a match and everything but the Game still does not work on my PC please help.
Game still broken, cant start new duels runā¦which is BS bc got packs i cant get but cannot even play any Duels!

Iām having the same issue. Really frustrating because I canāt progress on my new yearās questsā¦ I hope it gets resolved soon.
Same to my acc, i can not resume the lats duel match! And my luna new year quest can not be completed. Please fix it as soon as possible! Thanks
I have the same issue. When i go to duals it says resume. I tap resume and then my game freezes

To be clear Iām a mobile only player
I had a character chosen but that was it when I had to close the app. Right now when I click on āduelsā I can see the deck building screen for just a second with my character chosen and then it goes to the āresumeā screen that gets locked. Again this is very frustrating because of the duels quest.
