Same issue here, going on a week now. I’m glad it’s not just me so hopefully they’ll be on this soon.
Уже несколько недель бьюсь с проблемой на форумах но в итоге все разводят руками. Отписывался у других в темах но никакой обратной связи нет. В европе только пишут - пишите разработчикам. Экран висит в дуэлях и не заходит, у меня задание в дуэли. Уже 3 недели жду хоть каких то новостей по этой проблеме. Кто занимается исправлением неисправностей? Игра не работает у меня уже два года эмоции не работают в полях сражениях писал поддержку нечего не сделали если то же самое будет с дуэлями сразу отпишите сколько будет решатся этот вопрос. Сколько можно переустанавливать эту игру и пробовать заходить на других гаджетах? Уйму времени убил со своей стороны присылая вам файлы диагностики когда уже начнутся ваши действия. Дайте обратную связь наконец!!!

OKAY! I thought it was just me due to my old computer and the game glitching! Come on Blizzard. Where is the fix?

Yes, there are several different issues with Duels. The main point I was trying to push was that the issues wouldn’t be resolved until the next big patch as they stated. Possibly the next mini-set but that is just speculation.
every time I try to resume my duel game that I stated before last patsh my game freezes 
patch yesterday to fix bugs i see this wasnt one of em. Cmon devs we deserve better

POV: You’re me and haven’t played Duels in MONTHS and then on my first run in that period of time THIS happens. Thanks devs for the great attention to detail this last patch.

Hello! I have actually been experiencing this for like 2+ weeks now…
Was hoping blizzard would fix? pretty please?
edit: I actually get stuck after i click play; on the page that says "Rating(casual) rating(heroic) Best Runs (wins)
Same issue. Duels screen only says resume, but will not resume or start a new run.
Adding up the numbers
i started a duels run, payed for the heroic one, but didn`t decide on a hero. i went to bed to start that run another day.
So for me it seems pretty logical, that the work arround can’t work in my case, as i would resume into the hero selection screen.
Very frustrating.
If i try to open a support ticket an error occures, i read something about that to, seems to be a known issue, too.
Like to frustrate me more the quest with “play duels” to earn packs was released.
Hope for a fix soon
same… now for over a week… I just would like to get my lunar new year quests done…
Tried reporting this ticket never goes thru. Tried the phone fix and while i can see a hero power there is no deck or hero shown only find this when clicking around the stuck starting screen not useful. Seems like if they were patching duels, they would address this just give everyone a free duel/arena pass and reset the duels server wide if nothing else.
Good afternoon. My game is stuck in the “Duel” mode. The game freezes when the reward is issued. Every time I go in, it shows an unfinished game. The “Return” button is lit. When you click it, the game freezes completely. I tried to delete and install the game again. Both on a mobile phone and on a desktop PC.
With me happens the same. This bug starts at 5 february, after an update
Me the Same, it works after support, but know isnt work again.

I wanted to post an update here. The Development team is aware of this problem and it is one we hope is patched out soon.
As for now, there is a workaround and we have put it on a public facing page.
If this does not help you, please post back with what you see and how it did not work!

I have a similar issue. Can’t start a new duels run. Using Android
I tried a method from website and succeed:
After you pressing the “Resume” buttom, keep clicking the area around Cutterbutter’s head.
Then the awards came out and everything went back to normal.
I did it on iphone. I am not sure whether the method or the position would be the same on PC or Android or ipad.
