Nothing in their patch notes have any information about helping D4 either.
I might suggest those having issues roll back to the Jan 31st driver. I’m running on that one, no problems at all.

You might also consider using this tool to remove the newer driver:

Download the driver, download the tool, go over the steps listed on DDU’s website about how to run it, then then disconnect from the internet.
Follow the steps, remove the driver, restart, install the older driver, restart the system, then reconnect to the internet after.
