Can you explain to me what your confusion is coming from?
You asked for a list of which servers have free transfers and we gave you the official Blizzard thread that is live-updated with that information.
What exactly is it that you believe is not being provided to you?

not going to help low and lopsided servers if no cross realm (maybe keep the mega servers no cross LFD but let the others have it)

They can easily just have the feature turned off until ICC. If they decide it should be unlocked earlier, they can. Im FULLY against having it during the initial leveling in wrath as it will be SOOOO easy to get dungeon runs going.
Unless youâre Horde on Pagle (and not an Alliance alt thatâs on Horde side). I think we have 10 or so (quick glance doesnât show any Horde 25man logs) lvl 70 Horde.
This is a perfect example of why RDF is needed.
Pagleâs Horde either need to reroll on a Horde-dominate server (too risky on those âeven splitâ realms) or pay $25 per character to transfer. Or they can reroll Pagle Alliance.

Oh so youâre just saying you have an opinion on which servers should be on that list that arenât already, gotâcha.
You know youâre perfectly able to recommend to Blizzard to add the servers you think should be there to the list.
However, the fact your particular servers that you care about arenât on there, doesnât mean a list of free transfers for underperforming servers simply doesnât exist.
You need to be able to separate facts from your feelings, here.

Unfortunately, at that point, since there are not a single 25 man log, Transferring would be a thing at this point. Why stick around on a server thats dead for your faction?
I know, its a crappy way to look at it and shouldnt be a thing, but unfortunately, here we are.

and those have issues where are the transfers, this is not my opinion even one other anti RDF poster list links a site that those are almost 99-100% dead or lopsided

If itâs not on the list, your particular servers simply havenât rose above the threshold that Blizzard believes is a viable free transfer source:destination.
