Tell me then. If Iâm able to buy an item from a vendor for 5 gold and resell it to that same vendor for 5000 gold, is that an exploit? Because by your same logic, itâs not my fault their scaling is off on the resell value.
One thread doesnât constitute a majority of the playerbase. Youâre allowed to want your âeasy fast runsâ what youâre not allowed is to prevent 4 other people from playing in the process.
And them being 10 years old has what to do with the price of bread in China? Doesnât matter if itâs 5 days old or 5 years old if itâs being used for current content. Since you clearly see it as a chore, why are you doing it?
Youâre the odd man out, youâre the one forming your own groups. Stop crying because people want to actually play the game and not be your +4 or watch you play while theyâre relegated to being an NPC on follow.
Also thereâs a huge difference between people not killing optional bosses vs people not getting to participate at all. The first bunch is still getting to play, theyâre just not able to convince the group to do the extra stuff. The second is one guy turning a 5 man group activity into a 1 man activity with +4 extras. Yeah you donât get to do that.
Okay then since you want to assert thatâs their purpose, itâs time to remove twinks from the game then. No more twinks one shotting people or bosses and going against 20 years of precedent. Otherwise if youâre going to defend this, I better not see a single complaint from you types about anything being OP in mythic ever again.
I never said they were in every group. Youâre the one trying to project that position onto me, I never said that. That in mind I donât care if itâs every single run, every other run, or every 100 runs, it has no place in this game. Youâre allowed to like twinking and youâre allowed to seek out fun, just as Iâm allowed to seek out fun.
What you donât get to do however is come into runs, one shot everything and deny 4 other people the ability to participate in GROUP content. Itâs called GROUP content not YOU content. You are one person in a 5 man team and if one person is so strong they can nullify group content completely, then itâs long past time for that person to be nerfed or the scaling evaluated, or both. The only people overreacting here are the twinks getting pissy that other people are calling out their toxicity for saying they donât want to pay to watch other people play a game.
I know itâs blasphemy to you types that people actually want to play a game theyâre paying for and not watch you do it. But the game doesnât revolve around you and like it or not those other 4 people have a right to participate in the content too without you one shotting everything and stealing their ability to play.

Gothcha you just want to cry for crying sake since you canât interact 100% of the time. Go outside if not being able to hit a boss in a 5 min dungeon run ruins your day.

Also for what itâs worth I was in a dungeon the other day that had a 11 fury warrior plowing through it and it was⌠fine. Like I donât think they were fully decked out but they did a credible job âtankingâ and we were able to get through halls of lightning just fine as a result.
And youâve just proved your own selfishness and youâre not good enough to clear even TW without the crutch of a twink one shotting everything for you. Several of you people in here piss and moan about how (class/spec) is OP in mythic and needs to be nerfed even though theyâre not one shotting anything, yet somehow twinks actually one shotting things are the problem.
So which one is it? Are we nerfing or adjusting things when theyâre OP or are we not? You donât get to have it both ways. Still waiting on you to answer why youâre playing TW since you consider it a chore too. If weâre going to adjust m+ because things are OP and âno one but resto shaman gets an inviteâ then weâre adjusting for TW too. Otherwise you have a double standard and weâre not playing that game.
Just like the m+ crowd and the non-shaman healers say they want an invite, I like actually getting to play too. I know thatâs hard for you people to comprehend that no one wants to stand around and watch you play the game, but thatâs the reality of it. Nothing is stopping you from getting your friends together or hitting up chat for some like minded people. If youâre so convinced you have a majority on your side, why are you so scared of twinks being relegated to their own groups or adjustments being made?

Darkblade, I am in no way trying to troll you right now, I am seriously asking, because you are a conundrum to me. After inspecting you and looking through your achievements, I am truly at a loss, are you talking about your alts or the toon that your posting on that want to play? I ask sincerely, because there is alot of stuff you havenât done in TWW, yet you are hyper-focused on twinks and TW.
Timewalking is in no way really benefiting you for gear and clearly your level 80.

Unless Iâm looking for help for a specific toon, I only post from this toon. Should I be looking for assistance with another, such as if I were looking for a druid setup (example since youâre posting from a druid) then I will swap to that toon and post from it. That said my point stands whether itâs this toon or and alt. Some of my toons go through TW for leveling until I can get them to max, some of them do it just for the 5 and done weekly, sometimes I may try to get badges for a mog, or in alot of instances I use excess badges to upgrade heirlooms mainly because I want to upgrade them all and not pay through the nose in gold.
If Iâm going into TW or any other content type, I like to actually get to participate and not watch other people like an interactive movie. I like my group content to actually be group content. Yet certain individuals think they should be allowed to come into groups and one shot everything to the point the other 4 people donât get to play at all. Not only is that not what I signed up for, itâs not what I pay my sub for other. If/when I should wish to âbe carriedâ I will seek it out. Since the twinks are the larger subject of the thread, theyâre what Iâve talked about in here.
I have no issues with people who want to group with a twink and roll through stuff one shotting everything. If all 5 people in that group want to do it then more power to them as it has no effect on me. However what I DO however have an issue with is said twinks coming into my runs and hijacking it then trying to say âdeal with itâ. Yeah no sorry but one guy doesnât get to prevent 4 other people from playing like that. Up until it effected me without my consent I had no issues with it because up to that point, they could do their thing and I could do mine and everyone wins. The issue is one guy, specifically the twink in this case, trying to come into groups deliberately exploiting busted mechanics to prevent myself and others from being able to play. Iâm willing to let the twinks and people who want to play with them do their thing, but they donât want to let other people do theirs and think they should be allowed to hijack groups and then have the gall to wonder why theyâre getting pushback.
If blizzard wasnât allergic to work and fixed it so that twinks did comparable damage to a fresh 80 and didnât completely overpower everything to the point folks donât get to play, I would have no issues. If they put twinks in their own twink pool like they do with pvp so they can still play and folks can group with them in the twink pool, I would have no issues. The issue overall is people cheesing mechanics denying other people the ability to even participate by nullifying what is supposed to be group content, then them getting all huffy when other people say they donât like that and want to be able to play too. Just like when some combo player in a 4 person commander pod ends the game on turn 1 then wonders why folks donât want to play with him.
Thereâs no hidden agenda or anything to it other than what Iâve said. I like actually getting to play the game and not be relegated to someoneâs +4 to get in the door, and I like my group content to be group content. Iâm not asking TW be made harder or easier. Iâm saying I want the group activity of TW to be a group activity and not be reduced to a 1 man show. If folks want to make it a one man show they can make their own groups by grouping with someone in the twink pool, thus they do their thing and I do mine. I donât know what else youâre looking for beyond that.

This isnât endgame at all. Itâs literally just a weekly checklist/currency farm for recolored mounts.
Youâre crying about a playlist that isnât meant for you, outside of currency farm.
Itâs meant to level alts, play with your friendâs lowbie, and to have fun.
Go to a meaningful playlist if you want what youâre asking for.
Remix was the same way only in the opposite direction, where peopleâs mains were able to trivialize raid bosses and kill them in seconds. It was still fun and still wildly successful.
Not everything is going to be tailored to you specifically and be what you like/want

Ok, I have read this post a couple of times and have tried to digest and think about it, and again, I am not trolling you, but please let me respond and please keep an open mind.
This is meaningless, others also pay for subs, so this is really not a good argument.
Ok, Iâm going hit both of these at same time, Did you form the run or use LFG? If you used LFG, it was in no way your run, it was what you signed up to be part of, you rolled the dice, just like all others in the group. And you did in-fact give consent when you hit that Find Group Button.
So what your asking for is a special consideration, Blizz already gives you all the tools you need to form groups without LFG, yet you are not using them and getting mad at not only blizz but other players. and as you have stated you really have no issue with twinks as long as they are not in your groups.
If that truly is the case, use the Premade Groups tool and make your own groups, it is after all only available to player lvl 50 and above, so not only can you avoid twinks, you also get to play the instances the way you want.
A last thought hit me after I posted this, but i wanted to add it in.
You are asking others to do something you are not willing to do yourself, Iâm not sure if you even realize this, LFG is a tool everyone uses, it does not apply to only certain people doing things a certain way.

this would be fine by me.
I love the speeding thru the time walking dungeons and if there are like minded people like me it would make it even go faster!
They should add 2 more roles to the dungeon queue thing:
- tank, 2) heal, 3) dps and 4) twinks and 5) karens*
*karens queue comes with a female brann that tells you what you are doing wrong and to go faster and to slow down at the same time

Random system is gonna random bud. Maybe try to rally blizz to make a toggle for level ranges. Then you can happily sit in a q for hours and hours waiting for like level people.
Meanwhile everyone else will happily blast through, get leveled, hit max and start playing.
Leveling lost itâs magic long ago and honestly, I donât really mind. I did loads of that back in classic and TBC.

Works for me. Five TW dungeons is way too many to complete for the quest. The faster the better

Seriously. I JUST got into a timewalking dungeon, lvl 67, some low level blasts at through and Iâm level 70 like that.
NO time to enjoy Zulâ farak AT ALL!
