Are the nerfs to Huntmaster’s Call gonna get reverted once TWW goes live? I don’t recall BM overperforming on Beta at all and it’s gonna feel REALLY bad to have a spec get nerfed because it’s overperforming in a Mickey Mouse prepatch.

Please…someone. I just want to use my Warbank.

There’s currently a bug where when I log out of a character and I log back in everything is removed from my action bars. Currently happening on my DK that is part of my warband and its a time runner if that matters. It doesn’t happen to any of my other characters as far as I’m aware.

This undermines the entire purpose of the Allied Race heritage armor though, doesn’t it?

no fix for priest bugs? c’thun’s idol doesn’t work, yogg’saron’s idol doesn’t work

I find myself baffled on the Huntsmaster’s Call nerfs, especially since the entire reason the talent would have been considered “overperforming” was because of the S3 class set. I would have thought, after years and years of expansions, that Blizzard would finally learn stop nerfing classes during a pre-patch when they don’t even have half of the tools they would get during the actual expansion.

If your class developers are seriously that bored that it necessitates unnecessary nerfs then they should instead be reassigned to helping to fix actual problems-- like the Warbank, for example. It doesn’t paint a good picture when Warbanks were fine all through beta then all of a sudden don’t work in the pre-patch.

In order to fix this you will need to open your talent window and, for the specialization that has this issue, you create/save a new loadout for the talents you have selected. It’s probably best to delete the loadout that is bugged.

Agreed. Huge slap in the face to everyone who leveled every race to 50 for the sake of unlocking Heritage armor.

Honestly, feels like “Oops, we accidentally flagged all level 50+ toons for heritage quests. Oh well, we can’t just take it away, let’s make it a feature.”

Presumably, you had fun doing that.

The originally hard part was unlocking Allied Races like Vulpera, and that was changed quite a while already. Leveling to 50 for the transmog set was and is trivial. I doubt there are many players who spend money for the sole purpose of unlocking the heritage armor.

I definitely didn’t enjoy leveling every character just to unlock a Transmog.

However, taking away everything that was required (the difficult/time consuming) was also annoying. It already became a lot easier with Time Walking weekends to skip most Factions rep grind period (the most time consuming part of allied races).

Like the person who originally replied to me said, that reads more like “We made an oops and don’t feel like fixing it”. Why should you get Heritage armor just because you boosted an alt/ decided to change a faction or race? Like you said, getting to 50 is trivial.

Heritage armor is little more than a race-locked transmog set. It hasn’t been prestigious for a long time, if it ever was.

It hasn’t been for a long time and you would be correct, but just because someone gets tired of a race/ faction doesn’t mean they should just get it without the tiny amount of work that’s required nowadays in the first place. It’s quite frankly a dumb take on transmogs as a whole, and Heritage armor is just the top of the ice berg on Blizzard’s inconsistency of what is ok and what isn’t.

I’d rather they just make it so every Legacy tmog is easy to get or make it so they are all stuck to original difficulty to obtain. Atleast that would be consistent and make sense.

Edit: Fixed a lot of typos.

I like the reward structure of ‘play this race/class, get a reward for this race/class’, so the heritage change is a bit feels bad. Like when the idea of different warband screens first came up, I immediately thought how cool it would be if this was another heritage thing that you unlock a background themed on that race after you hit level 80 with them in TWW. This change, however, runs a bit (but not entirely) counter to that.

A little while back they said that they had ensured the remix characters would be eligible for the heritage armors, and now I’m wondering if this is just the solution to that.

Why should you get to use a calculator to do math? Back in my day, we used an abacus and were happy!

You kids always getting handouts and easymodes.
