How has the effect of PvP flagging in RDF not been fixed?

It’s been nearly two months since RDF dropped. AoE heals, Beacon of Light, etc. still don’t function properly in dungeons due to PvP flagging. Why is this? There is no reason that being PvP flagged should have any effect whatsoever on friendly, multi-target abilities in 5-man PvE RDF instances. Whether or not things have functioned this way throughout the expansion, this is clearly broken behavior, and now it matters. PVP flagging in raids

Tonight, pvp buffs are scuffed and not able to enable/disable in raid. Did some scuffed fix happen or try to happen?

Just easier for healers to flag. I’ve seen people reapply pvp buffs in dungeons, so it’s just not worth it to not be flagged as a healer. Yes, we miss out on some things, but the groups go much smoother if I’m flagged. It would be nice to not have this as an issue, but until that day…just flag yourself…

Make RDF remove PvP flag

Seriously, why is this still an issue in 2023? PvP flags in RDF groups interferes not only with AoE heals, but also the new Gamma buffs, specifically the one that gives 20% haste group-wide. If you are not PvP flagged, then the buff you proc does not apply to PvP-flagged players. Literally just make RDF remove all PvP flags when you zone in. It’s not hard.

PvP flagged in LFD?

not sure if its an bug but it seems like half the people i run into are PVP flagged coming into LFD. Pretty annoying as a paladin healer because half the time when i go to heal someone, they are flagged and it won’t activate beacon on the tank. Can’t they just disable PVP when you queue/accept invite to an LFD instance?

RDF & PVP Flagged people

I play a Holy paladin and noticed heals not jumping to the tank because of people being PVP Flagged. It takes 5 mins to drop a pvp flag why is it not disabled / removed when joining RDF instance group.

Fix PVP flag in RDF

Why is PVP flag not disabled when you enter a dungeon through RDF? As a holy paladin I literally do 50% healing in dungeons because my beacon doesn’t function properly when all party members don’t have a matching PVP flag. How was this not addressed in testing?

Dear Blizzard Gods - While the RDF is a mixed blessing and a curse in getting groups (wonderful for lower level content & leveling - meh for max level harder content) - PLEASE, PLEASE adjust it to auto unflag players when entering an dungeon instance through this feature. I have never seen a player of an opposite faction to kill in a dungeon so pvp is 100% pointless. I can say this with 100% certainty that in all my years of playing since 2007. There is no reason to be pvp flagged in a dungeon…

RDF: Fix PVP Flag annoyances

Currently it’s somewhat random whether you are PVP flagged or not. Or half your group is/isn’t. You don’t give each other buffs, etc. People don’t always speak the same language so getting everyone to do the same thing is either a massive headache or impossible. Can this be fixed?

PVP flags in RDF break smart heals

strip PVP flags in dungeons? Or apply them to all players in dungeons? Chain heal button stops working, I don’t really want to talk to people or try very hard i just want to make sure their health bars don’t zero out, enable me. or don’t I guess

Please Blizzard, fix pvp flagged issue in RDF

I love being a healer but the currently situation is a TOTAL CHAOS. Most of the group can’t receive my buffs and AoE heals, Beacon of Light don’t work, Totems can’t affect pvp flagged guys… I Really don’t know what to do, maybe rerolling until this is solved. Please, RDF is totally broken for all healer spec players.

AoE abilities & PvP flag in instances

So when going into an instance with flagged players (which is supposed to fall off upon entrance to the instance,) these players are unable to be touched by AoE healing and abilities such as Prayer of Healing, Holy Nova, and Mass Dispel, just to name a few. Blizzard… please save me from this. For the forum trolls before you start, yes… you can just flag and call it a day for a while.
