Just easier for healers to flag. I’ve seen people reapply pvp buffs in dungeons, so it’s just not worth it to not be flagged as a healer. Yes, we miss out on some things, but the groups go much smoother if I’m flagged. It would be nice to not have this as an issue, but until that day…just flag yourself…
