Putting aside the contradicting statements in your post, they do actually read the forums. That’s how player-requested changes have made it in-game over the years.

Not posting does not equate to not reading.

Given the nature of the community, it isn’t really surprising that they don’t interact more.

But you’ll also want to edit your post and move it to the appropriate PvP forum you’re interested in-- Customer Support has no involvement with game design or direction.

You missed some key elements.

Customer Support is a forum for players to assist other players. While yes, we have our SFAs who pop up in threads to offer their insight and advice - these SFAs are not Devs. These SFAs, they are the only Blues that you will see on this forum. This forum is specifically not a point of contact for the staff.

Due to the forum’s unique format, it is actually the only forum where no data or feedback is collected.

Posting your concerns in the PvP forums is what you should be doing. I would advise you though, to perhaps elaborate more than just to “fix it.” And just one more snippet to give credence to the “this doesn’t belong here” refrain you’re hearing:

“In-Game Issues” does not mean any issues that you have while you are in-game, it is specific to those areas that Customer Support has jurisdiction. We have zero involvement in game development, nor do the Community Managers and Game Developers that are involved there generally review the CS forum for gameplay feedback.

The Community forums are where you want to submit any feedback/suggestions you may have about the game and what you would like to see. As the others said, simply because they do not respond those the majority of those posts does not mean they are not listening to the feedback that is being provided. They tend to better appreciate the discussion that players have on a subject then try to involve themselves in it.
