I just had two come in no problems and I am pretty sure I posted those after the reset last night. They were the crafted gear though and I haven’t noticed problems on those.

Great. I lost 2 stacks of Anchor weed. They sold and disappeared from my listing and never got the gold.
My husband seems to have been receiving gold for crafted gear no problems since patch update. It looked like I had been getting no gold last few days on pots, flasks and materials etc. So I am thinking that gear is unaffected, but maybe he had more sales and again we are unaware of the scope of what that is, as most of us don’t separately track what we post to auction house. Just glad that Blizzard has acknowledged issue and is working on it.
The GM shouldn’t have used the royal WE when saying HE can’t restore gold or items. But my take away is that the GM can’t do anything while they are trying to fix this issue.
More then likely, if they do figure out a way to restore our gold and items, it will be on a global scale - and a GM addressing it on an individual basis would just lead to duplication of results.

AH worked fine for me before 1/16 afternoon. Materials, crafted gears, flasks/potions all fine. Issues started appearing for me around 1/16 5:40 Central Time. Subsequent auctions just disappeared as well.
I can not imagine they would not be able to restore items or gold. If the end result was … whopps our bad for not testing this out and you lost gold… I could only imagine the amount of people that would be upset
Wouldn’t be that odd, the 8.3 auction house update affected how commodities, trade goods, etc was posted - but really didn’t affect gear auctions.

I received the gold for a tailoring pattern that sold. But the sumptuous fur that I sold this morning - I saw it on the auctions tab, with the gold on the way (because I happened to check right after it sold), but the gold never showed up in my mailbox. I posted over 100 auctions last night, so I have absolutely no idea if anything else had sold overnight.

Aside from the gold I lost, I had sent 11 marks of honor from Chrisokicko - Garrosh to Chrisocado - Garrosh and never received them in the mail, can you at least restore my marks?
So… Orlyia, I just want to make sure I understand all the CS information provided… let me recap what I’ve read through all the posts, and if you could verify it’s correct that’d be great:
We don’t know what’s going on.
We won’t give you information on what to do.
If you ask for direction, we won’t give it.
If you want to delete your auctions- you don’t need to. [You won’t get paid for them of course given the issue… but leave them be, it’s fine.]
Be civil, and follow the standards for the forums [i.e. don’t be frustrated by the fact that we’ve literally provided you no update of any substance, and don’t post that you’re frustrated that we haven’t provided you any information.]
Does that sound about right? That basically we have zero information, no guidance, and the only direction with this problem we’re given is “be nice on the forums”?

My problem lies in the gold I had in the auction that I should have had but you are practically taking it away from us by telling us that you will not give us anything. there I have a problem with you because that is easy for you but not for us, that bothers me and is disappointing me that you don’t want to reimburse the gold that you are making us lose

Definitely going to farm old raids for raw gold and lucrative WQs as a way to make gold for now. I don’t really know how much gold I lost, but after reading some posts here and on reddit on people potentially losing several hundred thousand or more(one person’s Goldenmane apparently poofed too) I just don’t trust reposting.
