No drake here either. Claimed day one and still nothing. Didn’t have an issue with the dragon kite so I know everything is linked properly.

Ditto. Twitch already told me there’s nothing they can do and that it’s not on their end, so I put in a bnet ticket.
I am having the same issue as well. sigh
I didn’t get one either and its in my claim history 6 days ago. I had to do the linking of Twitch → Bnet as part of the claim process. I wonder if there was a technical mixup in doing that while trying to claim a reward. Funny thing I just followed the instructions as they were presented. It’s not like I was doing weird stuff.
Same here. I did everything required, i even got the previous pet reward, but nothing happened with the mount. I sent a ticket but it got deleted. Nothing else to do i guess
Never got my kite but did get feldrake. This is weird.
Still haven’t gotten the feldrake, claimed first day of release and still nothing, have gotten other twitch drops like the helms with same twitch and bnet connected. Put in a ticket and it deleted.
7 days later, have not received. I tried all steps. Kinda crappy that there’s no process to resolve this; Twitch says talk to the game publisher and the game publisher says they can’t do anything and closes all tickets about it…
Been a week and still no feldrake mount.
Same here… Getting OW2 and other WOW items instantly, claimed this and nothing happened. Where Feldrake?

Yes, I know they expand, but hear me out. I have 6 tabs right now, and they are full. Perhaps the code to drop it in your bag is looking for a ‘free slot’ and if you are like mine; you don’t have one.

I actually forgot I had this thing.
No feldrake, and yes I checked everything was correct. Most annoying thing I’ve encountered so far was putting in two separate tickets to have them closed within minutes, marked as ‘resolved’ with no interaction from anyone. I now no longer have the ability to submit a ticket for any reason.

Never got mine either. Got the Dragon Kite pet with no problem. I claimed it on Twitch. It tells me it was claimed. Never showed up in my mounts (I know it comes unpacked).
