Who are you to judge me? What do you even know about me?
I have spent years fighting for options for Blood Elves, Void Elves and High Elves. I have spent years wading through people being hostile to me for even remotely suggesting that this is a problem caused by Blizzard not their fellow players. I’ve had attempts at doxing, my name smeared, people chase me down in game. I built three separate threads for elves alone, not to mention one for Mechagnomes and Kul’tirans and a whole Allied Race thread for Furbolg. I’ve thrown all of this at the Devs feet several times through social media, their own internal suggestion box, and I’ve thrown my name in to be a community council member every opportunity that has come up.
What have you done? Where are your threads with copious compilations of player feedback to give Blizzard? Where are your folders upon folders of stored images made from across the community with their authors labeled and marked so you can give proper credit to the amazing community that collectively wants this? Where are your drafts and remakes of the threads entire text base so that if something should happen you can recover it quickly or pass it on to the next person who wants to keep it going?
I am not happy they have chosen, yet again, to ignore their player base literally begging and screaming for them to add additional customization for whatever flavor of elf and every other race there is.
But I am not going to spend my days crying about it when I can do something productive and continue to tell Blizzard what they should be focused on in their Role Playing Game. And I am definitely not going to sit here and let a forum troll make play that they’re anything more than an irritant that reduces our efforts rather than helps.
