So will everyone need to contact our ISP which seems to be hawaiian telcom and have a lvl 3 tech speak with them? If so please give me a way to contact said technician please!!!

So is there a fix to this? Wasting how many hours waiting for av que just to be kicked out when it finally pops! Also trying multiple times to log in or even trying to enter/exit dungeons!

Brother I know the pain, but i figured out a temporary work around. If you have a mobile hotspot you can do this trick. Que up as normal, then few min before que pop i do 10 min to be safe, I switch to my phone network and relog (do it quick you have a little over a min to reconnect) accept your que and then swap back if you dont have much tethering network bandwith like me. I know its convoluted but its better than wasting hours in AV que just to get aborted.

OMG, I live on Oahu and having the SAME ISSUE !!
Before finding this thread, I’ve done this so far:
Deleted WoW and Battle Net from my main drive and re-installed on another drive.
Re-Installed Windows 10 from scratch.
Disabled all addons
Connected my modem directly to computer by-passing the router.
Tried using WI-FI instead of direct connect
Extracted all 4 memory modules and testing them 1 by 1 seeing if it made a difference.
Tried flushing dns, renew etc… NO LUCK
I was starting to think it might be a motherboard OR account corruption issue till i found this thread !!!

Arcmagus… I thought I was the only compulsive one and so glad to see your post! I even bypassed home system, activated Verizon hotspot on my phone and was indeed successful in logging into WoW. But that’s a slow and expensive solution. I did most of the things you have also done. Glad to know we are not crazy! Aloha from Kaneohe

I was actually considering buying another PC thinking that somehow my NEW pc was broken and would not work playing WoW. Been banging my head about this problem knowing that it must be some kind of connection issue but my connection is good !! Using a fiber 1 gig with download speed consistent at 970 megs which totally confused me.

Thank you for the requested details and connection tests, everyone! I’ve added these tests over to our tracking with the added details. Comparing all of the connection tests, there isn’t much that’s consistent and it looks like there may be some configuration issues at some point in the connection route.
Some of the tests are showing packet loss on the home network, others on the Hawaii Telecom telia peering. We’re going to keep gathering connection tests and comparing tests to pinpoint an exact issue, but with this starting early on during the test at the home network and telia peering, this will need to be looked into by the Internet Provider as well.
If you have not yet, please reach out to the internet provider with these connection tests so that they can gather information. This will help as well if either the provider or us need to reach out to each other for further communication.
In the mean time, for anyone else experiencing the issue, please continue to provide the requested details:
Some of you already mentioned this, but as a potential workaround a VPN or alternative connection can help bypass the routing issue until the core issue can be addressed.
