Everyone with Hawiian Telcom is having loading issues since update

Same here. Did you try contacting hawaii telecom yet???
this seriously sucks! especially with 1hr+ ques for bg’s then u try to join when it pops u get kicked back out because instance not found! FKN IRRAZ

Same issue, wondering if transferring to Spectrum will solve the problem
Any fix yet? this is getting ridiculous! trouble loggin in, entering/exiting instances, cant join bgs, Can’t even take a damn portal!
I’m in Hawaii and I’m having similar issues. Not really any lag issues, but intermittent failed logins and “transfer aborted: instance not found” errors

Hawaii also but no lag problems just difficulty logging in or instance not available making it unable for any zoning in or out (bg’s, dungeons and even taking portals) its very frustrating especially when we’ve been waiting well over an hour for bg que just to be booted out when u try to enter and have to try and re-que all over again!
I am in Hawaii and am having this same issue. Did the maintenance earlier this week change something? I’m talking about the one that stated that players wouldn’t be disconnected, but disconnected them anyway.

I am also in Hawaii and have been experiencing the same issue. It started sometime yesterday morning HI time, I would guess its been a little over 48hrs with this problem. It also takes a few attempts to load into the game. I keep getting kicked out at the “Loading char. list” phase. This issue is making it impossible to do arenas or complete the daily vision quest. I did the same test you asked OP to do, results below.

My friend and I both live in Hawaii and we are both also having this issue. We both also have Hawaiian Telcom. Could that be it?

I having been talking to other people in Hawaii and it seems everyone with Hawaiian Telcom is having issues. Hawaiian Telcom is a DSL internet provider so perhaps that is the issue? Cable internet users in Hawaii are not having problems. Offshore DSL internet issues?

Same problem Also have hawaiian telcom. Cant be that hawaiian telcom broke at the same time blizz did “maint” fix this problem asap im wasting my time in av ques for nothing
