Alright. Thread reopened and added another note in the main post.
Just FYI, the âLet me fix that for youâ and re-quoting someone while changing what is in the quote isnât exactly a violation of the Code of Conduct.
If the content after the edit was inappropriate, that would be. If they were attempting to misrepresent what you said by claiming it was stated by you, that may be. But the âlet me fix that for youâ is usually a declaration that they edited the quote, so is generally not a violation.
Just thought Iâd mention it, as that caused a lot of back and forth in that other thread.
As I am out for the night, Iâm locking this one up.
