Character Not found

I went to log from my main to an alt and the same thing happened, all of my characters now give me a NOT FOUND message when I try to load them.

No characters listed in any realm. Access ones I know I should have characters on, eventually they appear but I get a ‘Character not found’ prompt when I try to log in.

I then tried to make a new character, made it through to starting area selection but it timed out multiple times.

Was able to log in on the first day after a bit of trouble, but now its just black for all servers.

I can see the characters now… logging in to one and stuck on loading screen so far

I’m monitoring the ticket that was entered to investigate and address this.

Just a toss-up here, but it seems that the group of servers that went down yesterday see this post — Realm offline - #45 by Nicodomus-shadowsong – seem to be the same ones having the character not found issues.

I can’t logon this character. When I go on another character and look at the guild tab its showing both of my characters are online.

Compensation for "Character not found" bug

I, like many of you I am sure, have encountered a very VERY frustrating bug over the last two days of the Shadowlands pre patch. The one where your characters and realms take forever to load, and then inevitably when they do, you can’t log into your characters because they are “Not found” Now, usually I am not one to complain about something such as this, but, to be in my friends party and switch characters really quick to send some gold over, just to be greeted by said character being “Not foun…

Let the man do his job, he’s doing his best to keep us in the loop. We get it, we’re all frustrated but the teams are working to fix it. They got it last night, they’ll get it again and hopefully find a longterm fix. Yeah we pay for the service, yeah we look forward to playing the game. Each night down comes to around 50 cents out of our pockets. It sucks I get it but Vrak, we get you. Keep up the good work m8, we know you’re doing your best to keep us in the loop.

I only stopped by to let the powers that be know I am among the masses that cannot login, rather than the sector of folks that are logged in and playing. But now that you mention it, I am not worried about it. This isn’t wrecking my evening, I have other things I can do while they find out what’s up and fix it.
