I would only suggest that Blizzard needs to focus on what it truly intends to keep. When trying to hold too many baubles, some fall and break. It may come to CoD or WoW.

Same here on zul’jin. Have attempted many characters and even trying to make a new one. Interestingly, when making a new character it doesn’t allow allied races - must be some disconnect between my achievements. Even on the server screen it no longer shows the number of characters I have on a specific server. For other new characters it times out and won’t load.

Yup, me too, also on Dalaran, though I have chars on approx 6 servers, and none of them are showing up. I logged out because pet battles we’re working. When I logged back in, I get no characters showing up on realm lists. When I select a server I have a char on, after a min or two, they show up, but upon trying to log in, it says “character not found”.
It did this last night, and but worked today, so figured it was fixed. I guess not =/

I didn’t see anyone say they were having issues with Warsong, so here is my post saying that I have seen all the things listed in this thread, character not found, realm list not populating and the weird error message on the log in screen.

yeah says i have no characters on the server screen but when i click my server manually i can see my toons but cant play still

This worked for me not sure if it will work for you but give it a try. I was having the issue where it would say retrieving realms for a long time and when selecting my realm I would wait 5 min and my characters would show up but upon trying to enter I got player not found. What I did was when the realm list was up I DID NOT SELECT MY REALM. Wait 10 minutes then pick your realm even though it still showed I had no characters they just loaded up right when clicked and the character not found upon entering game was gone. I tested this out and exited the game and the log in failed when I went into the realm instantly but when i waited before selecting my realm it worked again!

What a freaking horrible case of shooting the messenger. Clearly these people don’t understand how the world actually works in a corporate environment. You are doing your best with the limitations you have. Thank you for the updates.

I just tried to get on after updating my game… I pre-ordered the game and now non of my characters are showing up nor can I paly what is getting done about this?

can you find your server at the bottom and manually click it? youll prob see your characters. but still cant play here

Same. Left sitting on normal server I play on and has suddenly found them even tho showing no characters on any server. If then says “Character Not Found” I just keep it trying. Better than watching paint dry, almost.
