Except its only one way.
You want BE customizations for VE. You cant make BE’s voidy.

Just gonna add that we still haven’t gotten our so called Night Elf customization for our Horde Night Elves so yeah.
Niether are Void Elves. You want Blood Elf customizations, roll a Blood Elf.
True enough, but it has no staying power as an argument, for several reasons:
If Void Elves are canonically Blood Elves, they should also share their skin- and hairtones, including hairstyles.
Secondly, what makes the difference between a Void/High Elf and a Blood Elf is the use of transmogs. Given that they are the same race, they should actually share the styles, like the other races.
Like I said, your argument has no actual staying power. You literally set your up for failure here. All I have to do, is simply referring to other races and the lore within the game.
If this is true Nightborne should have everything Night Elves have and more because they are Night Elves so when I can actually have my Nightborne use everything Night Elves have and more I’ll agree with you until then this holds no weight either.
They are different races so play a Blood Elf if you want Blood Elf stuff and if you don’t and you play a Void Elf accept that you are a void infused weirdo.
If the Void Elves and Blood Elves become neutral, a Horde Void Elf or Alliance Blood Elf would be possible.
They were. They arent now.
Looks like your entire argument is based on a faulty premise.
If a million dollars were to fall from the sky, I would quit my job.
Why would they be made neutral? Other than you want to steal blood elven custimization?
We have threads for this already. we don’t need to necro year old ones.
While I’m here we also have a Blood Elf thread for their customizations already.
“Were.” They were Blood Elves. They now identify themselves as Void Elves due to being infused with the Void. Are they a different race? No. But should they be having everything from the parent race? Absolutely no!
Any future customizations the Void Elves receive should be unique for the Void Elves, not customizations from the Blood Elves.
Of course these should be shared. But unlike Void Elves, this requires a small storyline and exchange as an unlock.
I’m still staying within the lore.
Of course they should. They do not stop using their hairstyles because they got mutated (1st gen Void Elves). This argument has nothing to stay afloat.
You know the chance of this happening is about the same temperature on Pluto. We’ll never see the Blood Elves go neutral.
Blood elves are a political movement.
Void elves do not align themselves politically with blood elves.
Of course Silvermoon could also be neutral to unite all the Thalassian elves.
So, in otherwords, you got no argument, and just want to be spiteful.
Personally I think hairstyles should be shared across all races that could possibly be. Its hair and its kinda odd for an rpg game not to allow that. Hair colors too. Cause you know…dyes exist.
That said I also don’t really mind the concept of making the hair unique per race either. So I’m not terribly invested in either option. I do want more hairstyles per race either way though to fit different aesthetics that folk might have. (And for Void Elves damnit include the tentacle toggle as a baseline and without having to leave holes. lol)
And Karen Gillan could take me out on a date.
Just gonna add that Blizzard had two times to do this back in Burning Crusade when Blood Elves went to Horde and then when they added Void Elves in Legion and instead they gave Alliance Draenei and Void Elves so yeah.
If you knew the lore, you’ll know the reason why we would never see this happening.
This is correct but ideology has nothing to do with physiology here. It’s hair.
I have no ill will here, but you offer nothing to dismantle my argument. Your whole opinion hangs on a psychological barrier to share inGame assets within the same race - which btw you do not own, we all lease the game - and the idea that you lose something in the process.
The only way thats going to happen (probably) is the same setup we see with Amirdrassil and Bel’ameth.
Alliance would be able to “be” there but thats about it. I can’t imagine Blizzard doing anything more than that in reality. Especially since they’re focusing on Player Housing for Midnight they’re not going to do any sort of character system modifications.
