I think if Blizzard doesn’t add a high elf allied race to Midnight, void elves and blood elves will likely share hairstyles or have new identical high elf hairstyles.
This is likely going to happen. Alliance lost two cities through this process. Gilneas is completely accessible on Horde.
You are the one that brought up being big on lore, and their political alignment.
Void elves are not Blood Elves.
Void Elves should be more voidy. Not look exactly like Blood Elves.
This one way street of entitlement is a joke.
I suppose that is entirely possible. We’ll have to see what happens though, I have doubts that they care much at all about Customizations right now. Given they’ve a team dedicated to Player Housing for the long run, which is good, but never set one up for customizations. They see it as a minor concern.
Like I said I think that is the most anyone could expect. But I also don’t know the future and I’m not going to speculate further.
The alliance will also need a huge capital in Quel’Thalas.
Good point, but you miss something: Canonically they are former Blood Elves, with the community accepting the idea of them being High Elves. Either way, this is no argument you can actually win due it’s lore-implicated nature and the Danuser-statement.
Either way, they are either former Blood Elves or High Elves from the Alliance, which joins the Void Elves. And if they are former Blood Elves, they should also have access to the hairstyles, which is likely going to happen.
Yes, I am aware you are showing a disregard for the lore, and a one way street of entitlement.
It’s more likely that Alliance gets a like a little camp and not even in Eversong Woods but like in the Ghostlands because that’s where the Void Elf questline took place anyway so.
You are free to quote official lore citations.
And until then, we reserve the mocking for official announcements in Midnight.
Ok.
And when elves don’t become neutral and silver moon doesn’t become neutral…
Will you show up and accept it?
You have my word. I have no issues with being wrong.
Lol, you are literally asking someone that has claimed Alliance is victimized by not getting Blood Elves copy/paste 100%, Mechagnomes and Kul Tiran.
It’s not that I think you have issues with being wrong.
Merely accepting it.
I have a very good winning streak on predictions (and even a topic about it). I was also right that the Void Elves will get regular hair colors.
My assumptions are not based on some fairy tale wish-fulfillment thinking. All you have to do is to think like Blizzard: Least effort, maximum outcome, pleasing the community in steps and still saving things up for emergencies.
Their philosophy is easily readable by now, because they listen to the requests.
This must be why Alliance got Void Elves and not High Elves or actual Blood Elves.
Same with Kul Tiran and Mechagnomes then why both sides got Earthen despite very few people wanting them.
Your argument is ask for everything the Blood Elves have for the Void Elves until the Blood Elves are completely removed or merged into the Void Elves.
I’m not that stupid. I know the full argument. But the answer should be ask for unique customizations for the Void Elves. Stuff that will make the Void Elves more unique in their own way. Stop requesting for everything the Blood Elves have to be on the Void Elves. Enough is enough.
Please, link one post of mine where I made any comment saying I own anything within the game.
Honestly don’t think the expansion city will be in Quel’thalas myself. I think it will be Gilneas for Alliance.
That’s not the worst concept I’ve heard.
There’s also that region they never added to the west of Quel’thalas. Could see them do something there.
Though they may do something more with Gilneas as the expansion capital or even the new Draenei city.
We know the expansion will happen around Quel’thalas but that doesn’t mean that’s the only places it will cover. I think folk are thinking too small.
they’re both Quel’dorai so it makes sense. Why does it have to make sense though? Its fictional game thats retconed all the time. I like your idea, I had the same notion myself.
Can’t we remove all these elves??
Well, as a developer, it is easier to adopt what exists to provide more options to the end user. Creating something from scratch is not cost effective. Would it be nicer to have more unique options, yes, but it is less likely to occur.
