Same thing happened to me today. Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis all back to level 5. Prestiges are still unlocked but it’s on level 5.
a possible explanation might be that those 3 is free, making the game unable to find proof of purchase and thereby thinking that they should be capped. a good solution is to add them to the store but with a cost of free. that way players gets a proof of purchase.

Hello, I have the same issue. Maxed Artanis and 13 lvl Kerrigan commanders were reset to level 5 on my account, and I’m unable to make any progress. I’m having only 3rd level Raynor, so I don’t know if his progress is capped too. Can someone help? I saw on forums someone recommended to clear SC2 cache, but that didn’t help.

Same issue with Kerrigan. Only just reached level 5 yesterday. Today I can’t get any additional experience with her. Gives the purchase needed XP-warning.

Same here, Raynor down to level 5 with 55000/55000 xp. Noticed it last night.
The same thing was the heroes of 15, 2, 13 lvl became 5 and paid

Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis capped @ Lvl5 despite having gained max Level and Prestiges already.
Purchased all Coop-Commanders, all three campaigns, totaling 200+ USD value. Please fix ASAP!
Ran the game just now to check, and everything was normal (all at lvl 15 as they should).
It may not be “the usual”.

Same issue here, already tried to disconnect/reconnect, clear cache and also all the instructions asked in the following article (Blizzard Support - Connection Troubleshooting), tried changing region, nothing changed.
Another idea ?

Hi, raynor, kerrigan and artanis level 5.
The issue just appeared, i was playing raynor around 8 hours ago to level up that third prestige and it worked fine back then.
I tried logging out and back in from sc2, then from battle.net and it did not resolve the issue.
