It is 29.06.2023. almost 2 months since Blizz is aware and investigating the issue. Any news ? At least they could assign more people to reset settings for users manually. Just a suggestion…

This thread is a mix of several separate occurrences over the past year. The last occurence from two months ago was resolved (there are confirmations from the community above).

I have responded there - no response from Blizz, created a ticket - also nothing. It is 2 weeks without possibility to fully enjoy the game i bought. I also work in technical support and this is really not ok that we keep getting ignored for so long…
Still no response. I will post reminders every day now.
Unforunately, I’m not able to make Bliz respond. I’m not an employee; I’m just a regular player like everyone else.
No hard feelings. I will not start raging on the forums, but maybe if i spam a bit, someone will notice that. I get that this delay is not a fault of a single Blizz employee/fan support, but a company issue. I will describe the situation under one of the posts on Blizz facebook page… Maybe then it will be noticed ; /.
