Hey all,

Give it a try now. Be sure to completely log out of the game and the launcher, wait about 30 second, then log back in.

Same thing happened to me today, Raynor reset to level 5.

Logged completely out, waited 5 minutes and logged back in. Raynor still level 5.

Lost 10 levels on my Artanis, already relogged back in and still the same lvl 5.

Same Here… my Artanis is reset to Level 5, my achievements page show that i’m at level 15. worked fine a few days ago. Has Support acknowledged this issue for 2024? i see similar issue back in Oct 2023 was resolved.

Also happening to me for Reynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis. All purchased ones seem to be fine, but the 3 I’m all back to level 5 even though I’m around 20-50+ for each commander. Server is Americas.

This fix worked for me. Just had to delete the blizzard entertainment folder and relaunch. My Raynor was lvl 15 again.

Blizzard Support - Deleting the Battle.net Cache Folder.

Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis all reset to lvl 5. Mastery button shows Lvl 50, what the hero levels should be too. Purchased commanders show lvl 15, but all 50 mastery points are still available. Tried the logout of game and launcher, as well as clearing cache but neither helped. 01/03/2024 11:20 PM EST

Same problem here as well. Yesterday Raynor,Kerrigan and Artanis were fine (my lvl is 118),but today 3 of them become lvl 5.Already tried all the fix method but didnt work-In US Region. (Paid Commanders dont have this issue tho)

Same issue for me. Tried restarting and nothing. Artanis, kerrigan, raynor all reset and capped at lvl 5. All were max prestige lvl 40+. Paid commanders also reset to level 1.

same issue here. My Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis now capped at lvl5. Were at lvl15. I hope they can fix this.
