Same problem, Artanis got reset to lvl 5, trigger was prestige, after changing prestige back to first one still capped to lvl 5.

My Artanis lost experience and upgrades and is now reset to level 5 in Europe server

I play in EU Region and my 3 first co-op commanders (free commanders) are reseted to level 5. But my level progress is 103 and these commanders are level 15 with mastery points assigned. I try to logoff and login again with my EU Region and I have the same issue.

yeah my first 3 commanders are also suddenly lvl 5. The rest is unaffected.
I tried reatarting or playing a game but that did not help

Hey there, I have the same problem seems a few days. My Artanis is reset to level 5 and capped in third prestige. Restarting the game and battlenet dosenā€™t help to fix it. My Raynor was at least level 15 with prestige and there is the same issue

I got the same problem with my Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis. I hope it resolves soon.

Iā€™m angry. Iā€™m mad. I just got Raynor to 10 and now heā€™s capped at 5.

I want Blizzard to fix itā€¦ Then afterwardsā€¦ Make me waffles. That might make it alright again. MAYBE. No promises. Main thing is getting my uncapped Raynor back.
