Mine just got reset to level 1. And I just lost some prestige.
I require that my free bois are not level capped please

I got same problem too. My Raynor,Kerrigan and Artanis are reset and capped to level 5.

I got this problem also. It happened again yesterday. Raynor capped at 5 again.

Iâm having the same issue with my commanders. It wonât let me progress past lvl 5 without a âpurchaseâ but theyâre the free ones.
Same issue, also reported in another thread.
wonder if itâs just a way to get people to purchase something, to attempt to resolve it ⌠silly no response from them and no fix âŚ
I just logged in and I am having the same issue. So frustrating.
The Bug report forum is not a contact point with Bliz. Itâs simply a repository for reports.
However, Bliz has responded in the Technical Support forum. Thatâs where you want to watch for any updates.
Its may 7th and still no fix. I guess they need more time (at least I hope thats all it is).

This happened to me, but only on May 7th, 2022. It only affected Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis. No other commanders I had leveled past 5 were affected.

ummm, that has been done and there is no resolution. There is no actual place to submit the ticket to blizzard, only thru this forum, too.
Hello everyone and admins, I was playing StarCraft 2 yesterday, as I recently got back to playing after a long time, I even made some purchases. It happens that I have all the personavens bought and I had all characters evolved up to level 15, and recently the only character that I reset (Activated prestige) was Tychus, who I managed to evolve again to level 15. It happens that now the 03 first starting characters, Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis, without explanation, are now level 5 and no longer evolve, even though I complete quests, with the information âLimited Progress to Level 5 until purchaseâ. Could you help me to solve the problem please? Thank you in advance for your attention and understanding.

i just logged on for the first time in a long while, my raynor was reset to level 5, and he cant level up anymore. It says i have to purchase him, but he isnât for sale thoughâŚ
I have had the same issue,. Logged in last night to find Kerrigan and Raynor back at Level 5. I guess I just donât play them until Blizzard solve the issue.
theyâve been saying they âfixedâ it a few months ago but we still have this bug.

theyâre not some steam workshop volunteer mod, theyâre a fully paid blizzard tech staff. this isnât some construction work that takes months. come on guys.
i really like blizzard games but really, the recent years, blizzard just canât handle it.
Well, at least i know not to spend money on blizzard games now. If they are this terrible at fixing a bug, I have no interest in buying, or continuing a subscription. This just reinforces my excellent decision to quit these games. They are leeches and they get big enough to not give a fk about the issues that arise ⌠especially if they have any part of it that is F2P. These idiots are making it easier for us all to make better life choices. I take this as a plus. Thank you for continuing to be terrible at supporting your customers and fixing your in-game issues⌠not to mention not even having an actual area to file a real trouble ticket. Sketchy af and no interest in chasing rabbits to find a carrot. ciao

i am also experiencing this problem. last time i uninstalled and reinstalled both battlenet and SC2 and it worked this time it didnt.
