Yep all fixed here too 
I just experienced same issue, all commanders are reset to 5

I am having the issue as well
i had the same happen to all my commanders above rank 5 like dehaka and Kerrigan
Same here all of my commanders above level 5 were reset to level 5
Currently dealing with this myself. Kind of makes me not wanna play

Same problem here. It saddens me there is no solution, this been like this for 3 months already. My raynor was level 13 now it’s level 5. Tried all the pseudo solutions, nothing works. It happened just after the maintence thing we had today

Same here it happened today the 3 main are locked and I had all prestiges for them
Also having the same problem with the 3 mains. Reynor, Kerrigan, Artanis. They were all max level, now at level 5 and presumably capped.
It’s happening on mine too, first three commanders are capped at level 5.
This just happened to me too. All three free commanders: Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis. All were at level 15, and are now at level 5. My prestige is maxed on Raynor, and I’m at Mastery Level 32.
I am having the same issue. Just started playing, got my commander to level 8 and it reset to level 5, saying it is capped. what is the fix?
Hi All. Just happened to me also. Not cool. 
If blizzard could at least tell us what to do or not to do.
Can i still play coop while it’s glitched?
same just happened to me today. Artanis back to level 5 instead of 13.
This happened to me too today. Free commanders were at level 15, and are now at level 5. My prestige is maxed on Raymor and Artanis, and I’m at Mastery Level 219.
My Kerrigan was reset to level 5 and it says I cannot level her until she is purchased. I still have my mastery exp, but kerrigan is capped at level 5. Help!
